what is the difference between liquitex flow aid effects vs airbrush medium effects ? Can I use 'flow aid effects' for thinning and airbrushing ?

Flow aid is a thinner not suitable for airbrusing. It's way too thick for airbrusing

is this original liquitex? why does it say reeves but the picture is liquitex?

Yes these are original liquitex product sold by creative hands .

Does the airbrush medium solution has Paint retarder mixed in ?

Some what, your colours do become diluted quite a bit, the transparency was not lost at all, good for multiple layers painting. Layers would be remarkably thinner. For retreader- Camlin brand would be much cheaper, and works well
