I bought watches for my 8 years old son. He fell in love with them immediately. We connected them to the WearFit 2.0 App in my phone and adjusted settings for my son accordingly. Fitness Watch seems to be working very well, even some app reviewers complaining about the app updates, for us it works with no problems at all.First time we charged watches and had Hand-Up Screen mode enabled and got less than 3 days of use. But then after other charge and disabled Hands-Up feature they still up after 5th day. Son likes to see his Heart Rate when he still and after some activities. The heartbeat monitor is pretty accurate. Now he always trying to do his daily goal for steps which counts accurate as well. It is nice to see him encouraged.Display quality is awesome, it is bright and colorful, easy to read. They are also waterproof, and my son always takes shower with them with no problem.Also, it has useful notifications feature about text messages, incoming calls, Facebook notifications, but since it is connected to my phone it is not usable for my son.Son really loves them awesome product!

I like the visibility of the functions on the main screen. It is a good tracker for the price compared to others in the market. The instructions with the unit are basic. Customer Service has also been responsive when I needed clarification on how to use the stop watch function and other general questions regarding the settings in the phone app.

As a K1 customer (purchased on Amazon in December) I was invited to try this new S1 watch at a beta community price. I purchased the K1 last test year because my much more expensive and well known brand name tracker watch broke and I didn't believe for the price I paid for that it should break after a couple of years!I loved the K1 from the second I got it! I had a few issues likely because I was getting used to it and the Apple app but I sent messages to them and was answered immediately to resolve the small issues I had!In short, when I got this deal on the S1 I took it mainly because of the incredible customer service and I have missed the heart rate monitor which this does have. They also have made improvements to the app and while I loved the last one, this one is even better! I find a HUGE improvement in the bluetooth! I have left my phone at various places in the house and have seen texts and calls come in on the watch at considerable distance away! As I expected, great delivery from Amazon and wonderful support from the company! I have included pics of the watch and a few of the app.

Charging is easy using a USB port. Best to use a wall charger but it still charges fast. Charges only last a couple days. Step tracking is getting more accurate as time goes by. I am comparing this unit with a FitBit that I have used for many years. This unit counts about 20% more steps than the FitBit. The sleep sensor tells me that I sleep poorly. A friend of mine, much more active than me, says that his Garmin tells him he sleeps poorly. I no longer use it for sleeping info since even more expensive units may not be accurate at this rating. This unit does not tell me how many stairs I have climbed. I miss that info that the FitBit provides. I hike and elevation gain us a huge factor in the amount of exercise I have done. The heart rate monitor seems to be accurate. At least it reports higher rates for higher levels of exercise. I have not tried to validate the values. The app software has a fatigue rating. It uses coffee cups and smiley faces as ratings. These symbols and the associated number have no explanation - there is no documentation. The messages used to explain the level of fatigue are not meaningful to me. "You need to relax and possibly try some yoga or take some steam.." Or " This time your tired stat isin good condition , You need to relax and possibly try some yoga or take dome steam.." I typed these sentences just like the display on the device. The display is very visible indoors. It is a bit dim outdoors. Activating the display (wrist lift and twist) works very similarly to a friend's more expensive device. Sometimes multiple attempts are required but remember you spent very little for this device. (Other times, like when in bed, it comes on all the time, lighting the room.) In summary - I will continue to use this device. I'll get it dialed in soon (by setting my step length) and will eventually retire my FitBit.

Very easy to use and paired with iphone, very user friendly. The heartbeat monitor is pretty accurate. No problem wearing it in shower.Message notification allows me to see new message without open the message app, which is very convenient. Also the screen is clear under the sun.

Well I could not wait to wear this thing, I was so excited to use it so I did today 1 hour cardio then out to the field to work outdoors up and down slopes and at the end of the day it says that I walked 4.51 miles, 10,232 steps but only burned 136 kcal ?? My phone which I did not have with me all day says that I walked 3556 steps 1.64 mi and burned 220 Calories. this thing I am wearing it one more day and if I get the same results Is going back. for something different.2nd day i did 1 hour of hard mountain biking it shows 8433 steps and only 115 calories burned? No phone Samsung shows 655 calories burned, this thing is going back 2 stars because it's nice and colorfulSept. 14, 2018 I was contacted by customer service and they made it right, they asked me if I wanted a replacement or a refund. So I have to increase the rating because of the excellent customer service and it is a tech and it is understandable that some of them are duds it happens in all kinds of electronics, mine did not read calorie count right but the rest of the measurements were right and since I was offered the replacement or a refund, problem solved. I would buy again knowing that customer service is there to back me up.
