Samsung hit this one out of the park!
This is by far the best laptop I have used. The display is better than the OLEDs I have used from HP for example. I am coming from an HP Spectre 360 which is no slouch, but I am blown away.

Perfect!
Everything with the laptop is perfect! Only the fingerprint sensor has some issues and only works 70% of the time! Also the Galaxy experience needs to be finetuned! I had a really hard experience in connecting my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro!

It started acting weird after an update
I thought I liked it but that’s until I had to update it after a week after I bought it. Some of the apps stopped working with no way of fixing it.

Touchscreen issues!!!
Got as a gift for my daughter for Christmas, less than 6 months later and her touchscreen has stopped working, and the device just shows a ⚠️ symbol. She has done all the troubleshooting steps. Very disappointing, and trying to contact Samsung has been zero help.
