I have my latest bottle in my hand. It is 3 ounces in size. On the back, near the top under drug facts, the only active ingredient listed is Menthol USP 4%. So 4%, neither 5%, nor 3.5%. This is for the BioFreeze 3-ounce roll-on.

Q: Does it work for tintitis?

If you are referring to elbow tendon soreness, then it will probably give relief. The physical therapy business where I go uses Biofeeeze for muscle soreness and that is what I use it for .
