Top tier quality and functionality.
Superior quality. Get the matching black locking pins to save yourself the time if you want the complete blacked out look like I was. Only thing I didn't like is it comes with only 1 pin and the checklist of parts says only 1 pin also but the picture shows everything unboxed with 2. Its irrelevant because I wanted locking pins anyways so I ordered the all black locking pins and very happy.

Hitch lives up to the name! Installed today and on my way home got rear ended. Product held up and saved our car.

Rust
After use, black paint on top of ball is stripped. Rust is appearing- only after a couple weeks of use.

Truck Owner must have
First time Truck Owner, and first time towing, having this mount ball hitch was a life saver. I could adjust the height according to the trailer height, the ride was smoot and no rattling was heard during a 8 hour drive. The finish is great and sturdy, it has 3 height position and 2 ball sizes which made adjustments easy.
