I drink SlimFast daily as help in weight control. I enjoy the milkshake flavor and texture. I prefer it cold from refrigeration. It does help control my craving for sweets. I typically the rich chocolate flavor but also enjoy strawberry. Somewhat expensive but will continue to buy.

Great flavor! Easy to get the extra protein when time is of the essence.

I like this protein shake in chocolate and vanilla flavors for my high protein and low carb diet. The texture is very smooth and the flavors are very pleasant compared to similar products. This protein shake is a huge improvement over the original canister of Slimfast powder.

I had a fall in June (completely klutzy thing). I am older and am in fairly good shape, normal weight, and though I didn't break any bones, I was feeling very weak. I started to read about the important role of protein in recovery and building muscle strength. While I am not vegan, I know I don't get enough protein in my diet. I found this shake on Amazon and decided to give it a try. I've reordered it 6 times because I love it so much. I get the chocolate and it's delicious. Ever since I started drinking it, I feel stronger. Sometimes I even drink 2 of the shakes per day, because I've read that you need more protein as you get older. I've also lost a couple of pounds, although that wasn't my goal. I would recommend this to anyone interested in improving their health. It also contains calcium, always a plus. Two thumbs up!
