The Best Subscription-Free Smart Ring! Super Thin and Comfortable
I’ve been wearing the RingConn Gen 2 Air for a couple of weeks now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for a high-end health tracker but hate the idea of a monthly subscription (like Oura) or a bulky smartwatch, this is the one to get. Why I love it: Insane Battery Life: I’m getting a solid 10 days on a single charge. It’s amazing to go over a week without even thinking about the charger. Ultra-Thin & Light: At only 2mm thick and weighing next to nothing, I genuinely forget I’m wearing it. It’s much more comfortable for sleep tracking than any watch I’ve owned. No Subscription Fees: This was the dealbreaker for me. You buy the ring, and you own all your data. The app is incredibly detailed and doesn't hide your insights behind a paywall. Comprehensive Tracking: The AI-powered insights for sleep, heart rate, stress, and SpO2 (blood oxygen) feel very accurate. I especially love the "Sleep Insights" which help me understand my recovery. Durable & Waterproof: I’ve worn it in the shower and while swimming with no issues (IP68 rated). The stainless steel finish is also holding up great against scratches. Helpful Tips for Buyers: Get the Sizing Kit First: Smart ring sizes don't always match standard jewelry sizes. Use the RingConn sizing kit and wear the plastic ring for 24 hours to ensure a perfect fit (fingers swell at night!). Charging: It comes with a sleek magnetic charging dock. It doesn't have the "charging case" of the standard Gen 2, but since the battery lasts 10 days, the dock is perfectly fine for home use. App Syncing: It syncs perfectly with both Apple Health and Google Fit, which is great if you want to keep all your health data in one place. Bottom Line: If you want a premium, ultra-thin smart ring that tracks everything accurately without charging you a monthly fee, the Gen 2 Air is the winner. Highly recommended!

Good pre-fit trial
Great way to see your ring size before purchase, give it a couple of days to see how your hands expand and contract due to varying temperatures to settle on your size.

Lovely ring, battery life is questionable..
Absolutely love the look of this ring, I ordered the dune gold and the colour is so pretty! The ring itself is not bulky at all and looks very sleek! (way nicer on the eye in comparison to an Oura Ring) The app is brilliant, great features and super easy to use! However my only negative with this ring is the battery life! I believe it’s advertised to last 10-12 days, whereas mine only lasts 6-7 days? Although this is still a decent amount of time, I would have liked to have got what was advertised! I am unsure whether I’ve received a faulty one as I seem to be the only one with this issue! I have had this ring for 2 weeks and it will need to be charged a 3rd time in 2 days… I will most likely have to return and see if I can get a replacement. It’s a shame as I do really love this ring other than that!

Great product
So far so good. Bought the ring to replace my Fitbit. The app is good and you don’t have to pay any additional subscription fees. Comfortable to wear all day and night. Impressed so far

After hassle with the ring sizer not matching the actual ring size, I received my smart ring. What can I say?! It’s great value for what it does and the 10 day lasting charge is amazing. It’s easy to set up, the ring is comfortable wearing it 24/7, the app is easy to understand, it’s waterproof, it looks good too. The accuracy seems spot on with the heart features and sleep tracking. Not sure on the activity side of things as I didn’t buy it for that. Wish they done this model in the titanium like the first generation. Overall very happy with my purchase. And would definitely recommend it to people who want to track their vitals and sleeping patterns.

Might as well guess
Used these to size a ring but the ring varies in size when it came then takes 14 days to refund before you can reorder the correct size

Poor charge on this individual ring
I had issues charging it, stated from day 1 it was slow charging, I had to rub the internal elements to get it to charge. Never gave full 10 days therefore returned. Disappointed as I lost my gen 2 one as lost weight, which always charged well and performed well. I would suggest getting the best model you can.

A very affordable sizing kit to determine your size before buying an actual smart ring. This was a dollar and I feel like it works just as good as a $10 kit from the actual RingConn store.

I’ve had this for 1/2 a day and I really like it. We will see how it/the charger holds up as I’ve seen some people say it doesn’t last as long as it should. It was so easy to set up and had like 75% battery, then only took maybe 15 mins to fully charge. App is easy to navigate and frankly looks good. I did a small work out and it’s accurate with the steps so far. My mini stepper counts as well so I compared to that. All other vital signs seem to be in line with what my normal is too. It’s comfortable, not heavy or thick. But still feels high quality, I was pleased pulling it out of the package. UPDATE: It’s been over a week and I still like it. The battery would’ve lasted just about 9 days, I charged it before it got to ~0%. Good enough for me. It charged quickly too, did some chores and it was done. I keep seeing reviews with the app being troublesome but I haven’t had any issues and I rather enjoy it. There’s a lot of information. I saw an update for it so maybe that’s the issue??? The ring has been really comfortable, I did get the sizing kit and it’s worth waiting the extra day or two. I also see people complaining about the size when this company and other smart ring companies clearly state they don’t follow regular jewelry sizing. So truly size before you buy unless you’ve owned one before. Stats are overall pretty accurate. I somewhat know what time I wake up randomly while sleeping and it does match with what the app says so I tend to believe the rest of it for sleep. I’ve counted off steps in my head and then looked at the app — if I walked 50 steps it logged 50 steps. All of my workouts have been detected, time/calories/steps, all there. Update #2: It’s been 3 months now 1/10/26 and I still love it. I even got my mom to trade her Fitbit for one and she loves it. Maybe I got lucky but I haven’t really noticed a difference in my battery levels, even with the ring tracking more and more things 24/7. The only thing I do is not let it get to 0% it’s not really great for any battery to my knowledge. I’ve done multiple updates for the ring and app, no issues. I’ve only enjoyed the new features. Tracking still works, workouts are still detected and everything. Also, I hardly take it off and it’s less scratched than I thought honestly, and I’m not careful. Overall, still 5 stars, still happy I ordered, still loving it.

The ring’s sensor suite delivers on every promise: heart-rate variability, sleep stages, and daily activity all sync quickly to the companion app, and the data trends have been consistent with my smartwatch. I have worn it day and night for a few days, and it is comfortable enough that I barely notice it—even during workouts or while typing. Battery life hovers around eight days per charge, which feels generous given the continuous monitoring. My only disappointment is the finish. In the product photos the bronze appeared muted, almost like brushed stainless steel; in person it is a highly polished, mirror-like bronze that catches far more light than I expected. It is still attractive, just much flashier, and it clashes a bit with my other jewelry. If a subtle look matters to you, be prepared for a shinier ring than the images suggest. Overall, the tracking performance earns high marks, but the color rendering in the listing could be more accurate.
