These Gut Drops arrived quickly and well packaged. They were sealed at the neck and have an included dropper cap lid, which is convenient. The dropper has marked dosages of 1, .75, .5 and .25 ml that are easy to read and use. The safety lid is childproof, you have to push down and twist to open. The liquid itself is very dark and has a thick look but it easily dispenses from dropper. The bottle states that the serving size is 2 ml (2 droppers full)and to shake bottle well. I was shocked the first time I took it straight from dropper under the tongue. It has a very bitter, overpowering awful taste that turns slightly sweet but not enough right before sucking all the moisture out of your mouth. I decided to not take the other dropper in the same manner. I have started taking it mixed in juice to make a little more tolerable. It is definitely extra strength and powerful tasting. I appreciate the benefits this claims it will provide including digestive balance, increased metabolism which can help with weight loss combined with diet and exercise, and controling cravings. I look forward to seeing those benefits soon. This product is gluten free and uses all natural ingredients which I appreciate is clearly stated on the bottle. Its also made in the USA and 3rd party tested. The taste is almost a no go but will continue taking and see if it functions as intended and will update rating later if so. At 30 servings per bottle this is a good value if it does what it says.

Good ingredient combination. I have included pictures of all sides of the bottle. It does have some added ingredients. Sucralose and natural citric flavor. The flavor is sweet, but a bit astringent. I will probably mix into some water to take.

Don't feel much of anything so far. Maybe I haven't taken it for a long enough period of time. I'll keep taking it and see if anything develops. It has a somewhat bitter taste. Not great, but I've had worse tasting tinctures. I'm also just dropping it directly onto my tongue. If I put it into some water or juice, I'm sure the taste would be less noticeable. There are probably some people out there who might find that they have positive benefits from this supplement. At $19.95, I think your money would probably be better spent on some other gut specific supplements. Perhaps a decent probiotic blend.

Unsure if it's helping but there haven't been any negative side effects. I take with other drinks in the morning so there isn't any taste. It's supposed to help with gut microbiomes which in turn lowers your cravings. Functionally this is one of the easiest thigns to take since it's not a pill and you don't need to mix a powder or anything, so I'll keep trying it out for now.

I have a bunch of tinctures, I like taking my vitamins this way. However this one tastes bitter and just really bad. And it leaves this dry feeling in the mouth and the bad aftertaste lasts forever. This is from placing directly on my tongue so maybe adding it to a drink would be better. But most likely I would just have a whole glass of nasty to drink.As to the ingredients, every one is included in the propriety blend so there is no way to tell how much you are receiving of each ingredient.Given the uncertainty of what exactly I am getting and the terrible taste, I am going to pass on this one. For the short period of time that I tried this, I didn’t notice any difference.

The ingredients in this are interesting and no what you’d expect. I’m not sure if I’ve seen changes regarding my gut health or exactly how things like collagen and vitamin c can help with it but I’m sure the herbs are good for that specifically. The taste is fine on its own or in a drink. I think there are far better herbs for the gut like slippery elm and marshmallow root to help.
