Natural and Convenient way to manage stress and anxiety
As someone who often deals with stress and anxiety, I was eager to try the Stress Down Patches. These patches are designed to offer a natural and convenient way to manage stress and anxiety support through a botanical plant-based vegan formula. I noticed a calming effect within a short period of applying the patch, which helped me manage my stress levels throughout the day,"I've been using the Kind Patches for a few days now, and they've become a part of my daily routine. The combination of calming herbs and vitamins seems to work well for me, providing a noticeable reduction in my anxiety levels. I particularly appreciate the inclusion of ashwagandha, which is known for its stress-relieving properties. The patches are easy to use and discreet, making them perfect for my busy lifestyle. Overall, I highly recommend these patches to anyone looking for a natural way to manage stress and anxiety."

Easy to use
Very easy to use, you just peel it and stick to your skin. I felt a little tingly in the area I put the patch, I'm not sure if that was an intended effect or a mild reaction to the adhesive. I didn't really notice any effect off-hand, but I like the concept and that the ingredients are good quality. Make sure you don't stick them anywhere with hair!

Gentle, Easy to Use, But Hard to Measure Effects
I tried these transdermal patches hoping for a little extra calm throughout the day. The concept is great — they work by steadily releasing ingredients through the skin over about 8 hours, using a plant-based formula that includes calming herbs, green tea, vitamin B complex, and ashwagandha (an adaptogen often used to help manage stress and promote relaxation). The pack comes with 30 patches, and they’re simple to use: just peel and apply to an area of skin with little or no hair. You’re advised not to use lotions or creams in the same spot, as that can affect the adhesive. In terms of actual effects, I personally didn’t notice a clear difference while using the patches. My partner also tried them — aside from a minor reaction to the adhesive, he didn’t report any significant change either. He did say he felt calm, but he’s generally a relaxed person anyway, so it’s hard to say if that was due to the patch or just his usual temperament.Overall, while the patches are very easy to apply and discreet to wear, I found it difficult to tell if they were truly effective. That said, everyone reacts differently, and they may work better for others. For us, they were a gentle, non-intrusive option — just not one that delivered noticeable results.

Painful to wear and remove
I was really looking forward to trying these out but unfortunately they're not for me. The adhesion is incredibly sticky so I've found them quite uncomfortable to wear on multiple areas of the body. Taking them off is incredibly uncomfortable and even gave me a blood bruise somehow!I got on really well with the period patches and noticed almost an instant difference with them I can't say I've noticed any benefit of wearing these.

So far so good
I have seen these advertised on Instagram and was delighted to see them on here. No results yet but supplements can take a long time to start working. They were easy to apply and seem good quality as they stay stuck. I like how they are natural and plant based. I would not take anything with any harmful ingredients. Time will tell if these work for me.

Nice alternative to tablets etc
I've never used patches for my anxiety before, so this was a first. I have no idea if it was a placebo effect or if it got to work straight away, but my anxiety definitely started reducing after putting it on near my wrist. I don't know exactly how it works, but apparently it slowly releases the ingredients throughout the 8 hours you wear it for. It's easy to use, simply peel one patch off and stick it somewhere on your body where there isn't a lot of hair, and is clean. Wear it for roughly 8 hours and then just peel it off when you're done with it. Definitely a lot easier than taking tablets etc, so may be a nicer alternative for some people, but will be more expensive. The only thing I would say is to make sure to do your research, I'm a bit weary of things including ashwagandha. It's not something you want to be taking long term. I'll continue to use these when I think I'll need them, but I wouldn't wear them daily.

NOT FOR ME, SORRY 😬
I was really looking forward to getting these, because I'm currently going through a very stressful situation. Sad to say that I have worn them every day, since delivery, and I can honestly say that I have not had any beneficial effects, whatsoever. Sorry guys, it's a big fat 👎from me.
