These are marketed as being green & earth friendly, which is fine. They're made from recycled fibers, plastics, etc. The strap is actual material and not plastic, as is the toe strap. The footbed, made of recycled Crocs Croslite, is *meh* comfortable enough. You can feel individual rocks you're stepping on though, especially hard gravel because the footbed is thin.BUT it's comfortable enough, is attractive, and fun for a beach lifestyle. I'd avoid getting it wet because of the material strap, unless you want *slosh*slosh* wet feet the rest of the day.

I love the feel of these. They have the perfect cushion, keep your feet soft and don't smell. This is my second pair, my first pair lasted me through an entire Arizona summer of wearing them all day, every day.

I bought two pairs of nearly the same shoes two years ago. They were made of one piece of material and lasted over a year. I have had these for under three months. These shoes are not well made and I can see the adhesive that holds the two materials together coming apart in some places.Apparently the quality of Ocean Minded has been caught in a Croc under-tow.

My son is happy with them and that's all I need. He says they are comfortable and do not hurt between his toes like a lot of flip flops.

Very comfortable and high quality. These seem they will last for years. Look very easy to hose off and dry in the sun.
