I take it a half hour before I'm ready to lay down and read a little before I turn the lights off. I usually read for 10 minutes before drowsiness sets in. It's not a drugged feeling at all. Just a feeling if winding down. The book goes down, the lights go off and I drift off to a deep sleep that usually lasts me 5 to 6 hours before I rouse to check the time, etc. sometimes I can even fall back to sleep for another hour or two, an amazing feeling for me.

Considerably relieves pain in the extremities (like it's supposed to do).

My husband wants this every time, so it must be good.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the effectiveness of this product. I normally have to take a child's dose of anything so I feared this would be too strong but it wasn't. I just felt normal. I didn't feel drugged or sleepy or anything. I felt like myself without anxiety. Highly recommend.

This supplement has helped me so much with calming my nerve pain!! I have nerve damage to my hands. Also Fibromyalgia, neck and back problems. Including sciatica!! My doctor said is was okay for me to use it too!! I tried so many different supplements and prescription meds. To many side effects with them!!
