Ocean Blue AquaLight Floating Pool Light, Blue

I purchased this light for a small underground fiberglass pool. The pools original wall light no longer worked and needed a new transformer. I figured this floating light to be a much less expensive solution. I was skeptical that it would actually give the light I hoped for but it is actually perfect for my pool. The only additional feature I would have liked is a remote control to turn it off/on so I wouldn't have to fish it out of the water or a timer so it would shut off on it's own. Thanks to Amazon for another great product selection, reasonably priced.

EDITED - It is indeed the faulty switch. I took one apart. I had to destroy it to do so. Inside there was lots of corrosion. And the switch had failed. Because these are not truly water tight the inside is subject to corrosion. Very poorly designed.I have 3 of them. I bought one and was so pleased I bought 2 more. Very impressive initially, obviously. But very shortly the switches on two of the lights stopped working. They light up an average sized pool well.....until they stop working. If you can tell me how to fix the bad switches I would be happy.

Purchased one and had to send back as it quit working after we used it once. There was something wrong with the on/off knob. Decided to give another one a try, as I know technical issues can happen to any product once in a while. Got the other one and have used it twice. It has been working fine so far. I take it out of the pool and dry it off before taking it back into the house. I keep it charged up, too. Hopefully, it will last us a long time. It provides a nice light for our pool at night (24 ft/above ground). Probably would need 2 if pool is any larger. It is a bit pricey, too, but I couldn't find a lot of pool lights to choose from. Amazon was great at sending me another one for exchange and did refund my return costs.

I bought this for my 32'round pool with 7' deep end. It isn't extremely bright but the is plenty of light in the entire pool. Seems well made and is holding the charge without fading. We let it charge overnight prior to use.

I am editing my review because I was so upset when I reviewed it the first time, it was more of a rant than a review. This filled up with water after 2 uses with no rough play or any damage. Watch the return policy. I missed the window by a week, and after spending 90 dollars on this, you can imagine that I was a little upset. I would have loved it if it lasted for at least a season of use. The light was dim, but pretty, and it did enough to illuminate the bottom of the pool so you could be safe swimming in the dark.

The light works well, and gives off decent light in our 30' oval pool. Although 4 of the 64 led lights have never lit. Also the green fully charged light never comes on either. It only came on with the first charge.

Ihave only had it for a few weeks and use it only for a few hours at night. Once again I bought this light that can brighten my entire pool but when it arrived and was fully charged it did not. I tried to return it but it’s a 3rd party seller so a circus to return. Problem is it works but not how it is supposed to. I’m afraid to return it for refund and there inspectors of the product say it works. It does but it’s a very dull light that someone would not realize unless it was in a pool. So basically I’m screwed out of over $100. Don’t waste your money. You can’t talk to a person. And all the emails from seller are auto responses!!
