Dancing at the Harvest Moon

Well just finished Dancing at the Harvest Moon. Another excellent book. Totally loved it. Not at all what I expected from the title. K.C. McKinnon (Cathie Pelletier) sure tells a good story. So romantic, sad and happy. One could picture every scene and episode. Very exciting about reviving the old Moon. Yup- couldn’t put it down 😉

I had this book some years back, loved the story and shared it at my office and didn't see it again for over a month, one lady after the other shared it with someone else. Somewhere I still have my first copy but I decided to get another since I could only find one available on Amazon. I plan to share it with my current co-workers who will love it also I know.

As always, Cathie Pelletier has written another wonderful story. The location of this story is somewhat familiar to me as I am from Maine and this takes place in Canada. The flow of the story is very good and it is difficult to put the book down. It won't take me long to read it!I highly recommend it.

Great and I can't wait to get a couple others of her books I personally know her and my husband and I from around the same area in Maine.

This May-December romance could've been better told. The romance between Maggie and Elliot took a bit too long to develop. We learn quite a bit about Maggie and the torch she'd carried all these years for Robert, Elliot's father. But we learned very little about Elliot and his emotional path towards this love for Maggie, the woman who was his father's first love. It's still a good and easy read, but it lacked the depth in character and emotion that I was hoping for.

This is my favorite book if all time. You will not be able to put it down until you are finished!!!! I reread it every year and buy it for friends as a gift. They always love it!! Thanks for the fast shipment😊

I decided to read this book after stumbling upon the movie. I've watched the movie three times and will watch it again that many more. I loved the book as well. I recommend this book for the hopeless romantic who perhaps has given up on love.

Adoro questo libro e la storia. L'ho gia'letto e riletto tante volte, e lo rileggero' sempre con piacere!Oltre ad amare il succo della storia ed i personaggi (sia principali che secondari), mi piace come l'autrice descrive minuziosamente il paesaggio e, soprattutto, quando descrive la musica e le canzoni del Moon, tanto care alla protagonista e al suo amato.Il tema della differenza d'età in coppia poi mi e' sempre caro.Storia romantica, davvero bella! Uno tra i miei libri preferiti!
