Comfortable, pliable, durable. Just what the doctor ordered!
I used these post-operatively after surgery that resulted in a significant perineal wound.Fit and comfort:I am 6'1", ~195 LBS, Size 34/5 waist. I ordered the XL, despite the fact that the size guidelines suggested they would too small (XL Flat 13” Stretch to 32” ). They fit great, easily stretching to accommodate my waist size. Since they were technically slightly undersized, they had more tension than the hospital-issued underwear, which provided nearly zero-tension against my waist. Some people may prefer no tension but I found the tension useful to help hold dressings in place, etc. See the comparison in the photo to the hospital-issued underwear. The legs tend to "ride up" after wearing them so if you want longer legs you may need the bigger size.Quality:Excellent. Could easily use these > 5 times, perhaps longer. I put them through the "delicate" cycle in a top loading old school agitator washing machine and they held up just as well or better than the hospital-issued garments.Overall I should have purchased these sooner but this was a classic case of studying too many Amazon reviews for a product I needed for a limited time and which did not cost a lot of money. This was easily worth the investment as it saved me from doing the wash every few days to recycle the hospital issued garments and these were cheap enough that I had no problem throwing them out when I was through.

Great Postpartum Underwear’s!!
These underwear’s are just like the ones, if not better than the ones the hospital gives you after you deliver. Honestly for the first weeks of postpartum, this is all I wore. “Style” isn’t really something you should care about after delivery, just something that is comfortable and not tight. These have a great and nice stretch, they’re soft and super comfortable! You do have the option to wash them if you want to continue using them a bit longer, I didn’t, I would just use a new one. If you do though, do know these are mesh, so they won’t last long especially if you’re replacing your pad constantly. I wish I would have have found these when I delivered my other kids. I highly recommend these!!!!! Worth the purchase!!

Soft, light, gender neutral
Very soft fabric and very light and perfect for use where I have wound dressing and cannot wear anything that is tight fitting.Good quality and has held up well after a few washes.Even though it is described as for post partum use, it can be used for anyone with wounds or dressing in the area for any reason and can be used by any gender.Cannot comment much on value for money as I haven't used something similar in the past , but it does what is is supposed to do.Quality: 5/5Gender neutral : YesVersatility: 5/5

Awesome for after surgery
I bought these for after a surgery wear. They were perfect! They were awesome for after abdominal surgery. I wish I had bought a second set of them. They were not pretty, but very functional and comfortable. I actually used and wore these. The fit perfectly. They have a lot of stretch/give for swelly belly after surgery. I would buy them again if I faced another abdominal surgery. I bought a lot of things I didn't use during this time...but these I did and I would buy them again for the same purpose.

Recovery essential
Was given these in the hospital, after my hysterectomy. They were more gentle and stretchy than my regular underwear. Decided to order more once I got home. These can make you a little hot, but they don't cause any pain. Also, they're washable and reusable.

Best postpartum underwear for a c-section
Love these! I am still washing and wearing them 3 weeks postpartum. I wash them in a mesh laundry bag meant for delicates with all my other pajamas and dry them in the dryer on low in the same mesh bag and they have held up amazingly! Do not stick the pad to these though or you will end up tearing them. I keep the liner on the back of the pad and just place it before pulling up the panties. They are so stretchy and comfortable! I will be using these for a few more weeks with ease. Very breathable and great for keeping my c-section scar dry. Great product!

Runs small, cut into thighs
I ordered from 3 different companies. They were my least favorite d/t how they hit my waist and cut into my thighs. I ordered an XXL (2nd largest size) and would have fit an 3xl better. I weigh 245 lbs. In this pair and one other brand, the seam is raised and on the inside of the crotch and caused pain due to rubbing against sore/tender flesh. I turned them inside out but it seems like a huge design flaw! The pair I liked best was Frida mom boy short cut-- no rubbing, fit well and didn't cut into my thighs!

Perfect!
I walked into the delivery room with these in my bag. Needless to say the nurses thought they were theirs and wondered how I got them lol. These are perfect for my curvier mommas. The hospital immediately tried to give me smaller ones when these ran out. As a new mom you really do not want to feel squished. Compression is for later down the road.
