The most Underrated phone by LG....
Bought this from Ebay for 16500Rs. At first I was not so sure but using it for almost a month now I am truly satisfied with what I have paid for this phone. My OP5t was stolen in a car accident and I bought this as my daily driver and used it almost 8 to12 hours per day while on bed recovering and watching Youtube videos and listening Music.Pros:Build is solid for the removable battery phones.Battery is removable.Fast charging support.Awesome camera. (using with Google Camera Mod)Portraits are great and edge detection is A+Low light images are also clear and not that noisy.Front camera is also good enough for the price I paid.Second screen is very very useful and let me say it is the coolest part of the phone distinguishing it form the heard.Main screen is AWESOME in color reproduction and now that I go out sometimes, outdoor visibility is also great.Big screen is great for media consumption. The comfort view does helps in reducing eye strain.Ringtones is loud for the single speaker and music quality is also good not at all tinny.Cons:As the primary and secondary screen is one screen and they are separated only by the software(Kernel modification) by LG. There is a little bit of back-light bleed when the second screen is on and primary is off.Battery life is not that great. SOT of only 4hrs on heavy usage and 5hr on below average use.Android version is still 7.0 Nougat. There are rumors of 8.0 coming soon on LGV20.Speaker is not that loud for the loud environments. The wide-angle rear camera does distorts a bit giving a fish eye effect.Stock camera is missing portrait mode. Now the Sound of this phone, for which it is so popular.I have used it with Planar magnetic to basic 1000Rs earphones and the sound quality is absolutely amazing, You will notfind a better sounding phone except the successor of this series.Handles my HiFiMan HE4xx with ease. Where my other phones struggle to even get it to listenable levels. The Quad DAC in LG V20 does helps with the sound and amplification and is not just a Gimmick. The sound-stage is better with the HiFi mode ON and the output is more neutral than otherwise. Though it uses more battery but its worth it.I am waiting for the 8.0 update as it brings the native LDAC support over Bluetooth making this phone an all rounder.Verdict: If you can get it for lowered price, get it. But beware that there is not a lot support for mods and other rooting stuffs. It is absolutely an Underdog and Underrated for the things this device offers.

Worst phone with the worst battery backup

Like new but without the original box
The phone was like new, without a single scratch. But it came without its original box and without a quick starting guide (I can't complain because I expected that). Along with the phone was a charger and a cable which seem new and original. The phone was well packed and protected in its box. It took 10 days to arrive to my place in Montreal, Canada. It worked out of the box on the Virgin Mobile network with the sim card I already had. This phone is branded AT&T so you will get At&T crapware already install on the phone unfortunately. But then it's not a big problem to me. The phone has 64 GB and ~ 9GB is used by the "system" when you receive it.

Not the best option
I bought this phone because my good phone needed to be sent to service. I choose this because it has removable battery, which is ideal for a backup phone that would not be used often. It arrived in a good time, was in its original box.The first thing I noticed that the battery is a giant pos! It does say in the description that it is the original battery, so while you at it, go ahead and buy a new battery for it, so you can actually use your phone right away. The second thing that's bad, is how hot the phone gets! Along with that it gets supper choppy and slow. I did some research and found a good video showing step by step how to take it apart and replace the CPU paste, since that can dry out and not dissipate heat correctly leading to overheating and choppiness. I'm not foreign to working on electronics, although I usually work on PCs. Taking the phone apart is incredibly easy. I used a generous amount of paste, but it did not fix neither the heat nor the choppiness issue. The 3rd really bad thing with the phone is how fast the battery is draining. Everything turned off, overnight it would go from a 100% to like 20% by the morning. And that is without using anything on it. Did some research on this too, but nothing that any of the articles listed actually helped fix this issue. Either have more than one battery, or keep it on the charger overnight. So all in all, if all you need the phone is to have a backup, or you aren't doing anything other than texting and calling, this phone is a good choice, cheap and it is truly unlocked, but if you do anything more than that, this would not be my first choice.

Listed as new, but patently false
It was obvious the moment I opened the box that this was a refurbished phone and not new, the phone box had a "New" sticker over the original one and the contents showed glaringly obvious signs of being used or refurbished. There were scratches and nicks on the sides of the removable back panel and the underside of the opening for the fingerprint sensor had what appeared to be residue from a previous user. The phone itself had scuffs on the top of the phone and nicks around the sides where the back panel attaches to the phone. The battery is obviously not new since the LG label is taped over. The only good thing about this device is that at least the screen doesn't show any signs of ghosting like on my old V20. I don't mind refurbished phones but I do not condone false advertising.

Not as advertised
The LG V20 is a great phone, but this item isn't as advertised:1. It is claimed to be new; it is not, it is refurbished.2. It is claimed to be unlocked, and somehow associated with T-Mobile; it is not, it is an AT&T phone, and while it will accept a T-Mobile SIM, it requires an AT&T account to access features such as WiFi calling.3. Its OS is Android version 7; the current Android version is 11. Version 7 is actually older than the one on the phone I'm replacing, which was bought in 2018.

Great phone - worked right away when cricket nano SIM ...
Great phone - worked right away when cricket nano SIM inserted. Only blemish was at very bottom on case, screen condition - perfect! One small dent on back case which is not noticeable with a gel cover. Call Quality is great, battery life is really great so far so will not need extra battery. Installed apps: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, You version Bible, Cricket visual voicemail only using 20 GB of the 64GB OS memory (with AT&T apps disabled - not LG factory unlocked as still has AT&T apps and globe logo at power on boot splash). RAM usage only 2.5 GB. No pro headphones to test the DAC yet.
