Took 1minute and 30sec to warm up the center of the wax. The wax solidified within seconds after applying to skin, pulling off was easy. I did apply multiple times in order to get rid of more of the lip hair. Maybe worth waiting a little big longer before pulling off.My skin seems to be a little sensitive to it - two bumps showed up right after but went away over night.Overal a pretty good product that matches the description.

I must say I was very impressed with this product. It works very well. I just purchased another one. I was nervous at first but once I got the hang of it, I was very happy. No cutting strips, just apply and pull. You can actually see the hair sticking out of the wax. You must heat it through to make it melt, then put some on a stick to let it cool a bit, spread it, press it down and pull. Perfecto!

Love this! I have tried almost everything to remove my facial hair but with my sensitive skin, I breakout all the time, except for this one. Plus their supper easy to use, all I need is my kitchen’s microwave, and they last a decent amount of time.

Doesn't heat up as quick as it says it will. Some never melts on the sides. Doesn't take the hair off as well as wax pot.
