Makes ice.. But design needs to be re-evaluated..
Dont be fooled.. I made like 20 or so batches of Ice with this thing..Never had "perfect" balls of ice.. and most of the time the 2 layers didnt seal right so I had little Saturn (you know the planet with rings?) Ice cubes vs Balls.

Personal Touch
I underestimated these ice spheres! I assumed they would behave like any other form of ice, (crushed, cubed, chunks, sheet, etc). But they really did not water down my drinks. And they are a hit at parties! These things are cool. Literally!

mis sized product
I wanted jumbo sized spheres, to put one ice sphere per glass. These claimed to be 2.5 inches, but were actually 2inches. Doesn't sound like a big difference, but in a 3D sphere it is. These are small. Product description is not accurate.

Great Conversation Piece!
These Ice spheres in a drink are definitely be a conversational piece. They melt slower therefore resulting in less dilution of your drink! The science behind this is that the spheres have less surface area than cubes and therefore less contact area with liquid to melt them. Yet at the same time, they still produce cool temperatures to keep your drinks cold.I use warm-hot water, not boiling, to fill the molds. I let the mold sit on the counter or in your sink for 5 minutes after I remove them from the freezer. This allows the outer edges of the ice sphere to melt and be loosened easily from the mold without the need for extra water being poured on the mold. These are a great steal! I will recommend this product.I received this product in exchange for an unbiased review. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use and believe will be good.

Fun way to have ice
I received these in exchange for my hones opinions. There were a ton of fun. The kids loved having the ice balls and at a party my mom and i put fruit in them so the water froze around them and it looked really awesome! I cant wait to try all sorts of fun ways to make ice balls!
