One of the better deals out there
If you actually take the time to research these enclosures, this enclosure has the best price for retail and the features that are built in. Yes you will see a ding or two, not a flawless paint job, maybe a few bars that are not perfectly straight, but it looks great and works really well. Everything on this enclosure is easy to operate and maintain. I couldn't believe how well thought out the design was actually. We had a bunch of features that we needed an enclosure to have but one thing that this one has that many do not is the spacing between the bars on the floor are very close and there is more surface area than others. Reason for the need is that we placed fake turf grass inside. We are using this enclosure quite differently than most will but this feature can still help those that will use this as their pets new home. We live in the mountains and have a very serious problem with owls, mountain lions and other predators. We can't allow our little dog out without close supervision or security to potty. We are able to keep this out on our large deck and let him crawl in to do his thing. Super easy to maintain and clean afterwards.

Great crate, broken rivets
It’s so heavy it took two of us to get it out of the carton. It was easy to put together, HOWEVER, the rivets holding the hinges on the pre-set hinges were all broken. After getting it out of the box and unpacked, there was no way we could’ve re-packed it to return it. We’re going to drill out the broken rivets this weekend and put screws in. We’ve got heavy duty zip ties holding those spots together for now so fingers crossed that our escape artist doesn’t find them before the weekend. The crate is very heavy and strong but still moves very easily around the laminate floors. We have a 9 month old Cane Corso and he even seems to like it.

What the Lock?!?!?
Everything is exceptional about this kennel except for ONE thing. The latches are so weak that my dog bent them and broke out. This includes the top and front door. My solution to this was to purchas chains from a local store and chain it shut when I leave my dog it it.

Finish is Peeling Off and My Dog Gets Out 👎🏻
The crate is sturdy and working well for my husky…. However I turned around during my workday and my smaller dog was chewing the finish off of one of the bars. I’m sure with scolding and spraying bitter apple all over it should stop her but I just wanted other buyers to be aware that this can happen. Aside from that it’s a nice crate so far. The tray on the bottom is metal so it’s a little noisy. Again, it’s only been one day.Update: I truly wish I hadn’t bought this crate. At this point the finish is just peeling off on its own without my puppy getting at it. My husky …who the crate is for has figured out a way to get out in the middle of the night and the only thing I can do is put the door up against the wall. I definitely should’ve just bought a regular crate again. Super disappointed.

Sturdy and will likely last a long time
So far, this has proven escape-proof for our 50-lbs hound. We do not like to kennel the dog, but she gets anxious and chews up the furniture if we leave er alone. Our previous wire-based kennels were not up to the task of containing the dog, but we think this kennel will stand the test of time.

Perfect kennel
These kennels are perfect for those dogs who like to destroy the typical wire crate. This is my second one and it works great for keeping my 60lb pits in there place. Have had the first one for several years and never any issues. Solid frame and bars. Just a piece of advice push the lathces back to the left after locking the door. It seems to hold the latches better.

Great panels, lousy engineering
I was really excited to see just what this crate could do to keep my Houdini-like dog from getting out of his crate. The structure of the panels is fantastic! Very sturdy welds on very sturdy metal. My dog isn't going to mangle these bars up and push through to freedom!Things started going extremely south when I went to bolt the left panel to the door panel. The panel had been attached with hinges, but it was attached upside down. The bolt holes are over four inches apart, there's no way I'm making that work, as I do not have a drill that can go through metal of any hardness at all. I improvised by using some 12-guage wire to wrap each side of the left panel to the front and back panels. It's sturdy and doesn't give at all, so that should be fine. It shouldn't have been at all, though, had someone been paying attention to the panel's orientation in the first place. My other issue with the engineering is the design of the latches. They got it about 75% correct, but really screwed up the amount of length needed to securely latch either door. The latches barely catch at all, which means I'll need to supplement them with something else to ensure the doors stay shut until I want them open. All they needed was to allow 1/4" more distance to slide the latch and it would have been perfect.I will end by saying that I love the concept of this crate very much, especially the floor sitting above the metal tray. The wheels are also a very welcome touch. I do not much like the manifestation of that concept that I was given. I made it work, but I shouldn't have been put in that position in the first place.

Horrible paint job
The grey paint was scuffed, chipped, peeling and scraped down to the steel, so much so that I had to get a can of paint and repair it before I could use it, didn't want rust appearing going into winter. All happened in the factory, as the box had minimal damage from shipping. The main door was not square when it was welded and would not close. I had to lay it on the floor to figure out which corner made the wobble worse and then put it in a vice to straighten it. The top and bottom door stops are both bent and poorly welded, the bottom one broke off and I had to make my own and rivet it on.The screws and rivets holding on the hinges are junk. The rivets aren't fully seated and several of the screw heads are stripped and not fully seated.
