does the 26oz size not have that inside tab that you pull after unscrewing the top?

The 26 oz. size with the screw top is chicken "stock", not broth. I buy the broth in 32 oz. cartons with plastic tabs to lift open and a thin foil liner which is supposed to lift up but always has to be cut away with the tip of a paring knife. I would imagine that the inside of the containers, under either lid, would be similar, but I don't know for sure.

no idea ... maybe that info is on the swanson website? this item is pretty common in big grocery stores so if you went there you could see options and whether any items have the info you are looking for.
