These creatine gummies taste great and are nice to have when you are on the go and can't take powder with you. They have a bit of vitamin B12 as well to give you a bit of energy for your workout, but it doesn't make you jittery.

I am on my second bag of these...I love them and they work great. And of note....they are also packaged in smaller quantities on the inside too so they don't dry out. I take 3/day and it works for me, I also like not having to have more pills to take....
