Ars Goetia: Book I of the Lemegeton

Great portable edition of a classic work.
This is a small paperback version of Ars Goetia, part of a series of ritualistic occult books that appeared in the 17th century and were attributed in part to spiritual work by King Solomon.Setting aside the content of the book, it is well made with minimal but responsible editorial portions, and the illustrations, especially of the sigils themselves, are crisp and well done. Yes they are more than suitable for creating tattoos or other artwork!Whether you are purchasing this to learn about the history of religion, as a unique curiosity, or for occult practices, it is well made with good printing, it is a unique size for all three of those purposes, and it's got an eye catching cover!

Quality ancient knowledge.
An excellent work and an excellent addition to my collection. Also the quality of the book itself is very nice! You won't regret it!

Good For The Money
It was straight and to the point about the symbology of the Goetia, which is what I was looking for. However, it is 5 pages shorter than stated, no mention is made of Prince Stolas being represented as an owl or a raven (he is primarily depicted and thought of as an owl), and the cover was scuffed on arrival.Overall, a good buy for the price, and while the cover feels a little weird, it's pretty sturdy for a paperback. 9/10, would recommend.
