I am into office ergonomics and this chair is a great fit for me, offering nice lumbar support. Also the seat cushioning is great for long periods in the chair. For my desk configuration, I must lift the seat height slightly so I need a small foot support (I simply wrapped an old bath towel around a large cutting board) to keep my knees at the correct angle. I definitely recommend this chair.

Overall this is a comfortable chair. Was relatively easy to put together except for one minor detail. They forgot to thread the bolt holes to attach the legs. Fortunately I'm handy with a tap and was able to get the threads I needed into it.This is an issue that would cause the feint of heart to return it, so buyer beware.!

I can sit in this chair all day long and my back feels great! So cushy and comfy, supportive and stylish.

Excellent computer chair. Required about 45 minutes for assembly (attaching seat to back does need two people). Plans were easy to follow; all components fitted well. Very comfortable with good back support.

I find that the chair sits too high, especially when I tilt backward. My feet don't touch the ground. I have 30 inch inseam pants leg, so I guess my legs are shorter than some. So I bored out the hole in the leg base and gained 25mm lower seating. This helped some. But I wish it was about 25mm lower. I would look for something else next time. So I'm saying that I would not buy again. My next chair will have adjustible arm rests too.

Tried this chair in store at office Depot and really enjoyed the back support. Was able to buy much cheaper from Amazon. The screws were a little difficult and we can't get one to lay perfect so assembly was a little difficult.

I tried this chair in a store and absolutely loved the floor model. I saw Amazon had the same brand for a few bucks cheaper, so I ordered one.I don't know why the floor model I tried would be so radically different from the one in the box, but it really is. I noticed right away that it wasn't anywhere near as comfortable. The lower back and shoulder support are so ridiculously overstuffed that it forces me into a hunched position that leaves me aching after only a few minutes.Unfortunately, I listened to my husband who insisted I just needed to get used to it. By the time my rib became dislocated from sitting in the damn thing, my return window had closed. Very expensive lesson to learn. If it isn't comfy straight out of the box, send it back immediately.

I bought in Oct 2019 I Really like the looks and comfort of this Chair. But with daily use the arms are completely peeling (started about 2 years ago) and seat is just starting to peel doesn’t look good at all anymore. Time to replace, which I expected to last a little longer at least a couple more years.
