Great use-able designs
I've always had a soft spot for Kelty. Great use-able designs , and they don't cost an arm and a leg. Had several things from them that have lasted decades, with (not always) the best treatment. This is no exception. I originally purchased the 34* bag but it was not warm enough for my late 3 season and winter camping system, so i went with this 20* bag. Both are pretty true to the temp ratings. Well made bag, great construction, fits quite well.( 5'9" and 180 lbs.). the insulation actually feels like it warms up faster than anything else I tried. One small complaint- zipper seemd to snag quite often, but it came loose easy-- so not a real big deal ( seemed like the 30* bag had a larger flap made out of nylon webbing on it and it didn't seem to have as much problem)Yes I would recomend this bag and anything from Kelty.

... is my first down bag and it is very comfortable and warm
this is my first down bag and it is very comfortable and warm. compared to my marine corps sleeping system this thing is awesome. way lighter and much more comfortable and pack-able. I have only tried in in about 35 degree weather. I know there are lighter more pack-able options but hey are much more expensive and for me this is good enough. I'm not one of those gram counters.

Warm & Lightweight Bag for a Good Price
I've been using this bag for over a year now and really like it. It's lightweight, compresses down small and is comfortable. I'm able to sleep with next to nothing on in 30 degree temps. My only issue is that I'm 6'7" & I wish it was a few inches longer but thats no fault of the bag.

Seems to be an excellent bag. Wish I did not have to send it back (hence the lower rating) but does not compress at all. It is huge to put it frankly (bigger than the Nalgene comparison photo), do not expect to bring this on a back-country or multi-day trip. Is perfect for other situations, car camping, etc. But this is not a back-country pack by any means... I carry a 75L pack which would be rendered useless/full if brought along.. even with compression sacks. Sent it back b/c advertised as "compressible" due to partial down construction. My roommates 0 degree 100% synthetic Marmot compresses smaller than this one.Wish I could have kept it, but just could not find a good use for it.

This sleeping bag provided me with exceptional warmth and room for a decent price. The long bag fit me perfectly with plenty of room to spare both in both length and girth. I am 5'10 and fairly broad across the shoulders and i had no problem fitting in this bag. I needed something that was light weight and could be compressed down to a small size for both backpacking and kayaking. When placed in a compression sack they reduced to a very manageable size and I had plenty of room in the sleeping bag compartment of my backpack.

Great bag!
Took on a trip to the boundary waters in mid may. Slept in a hammock overnight when it got well below freezing with my sleeping pad in the hammock underneath me and long underwear and a stocking hat on. I was toasty warm and I woke up to ice all around my face on the bag but warm inside. The ice and condensation on the bag shook off easily and did not get it wet inside at all, I hung the bag in the sun for 1- minutes and it was completely dry and ready to be packed up. This has been a great bag so far although I have only used it on one 4 day trip to the boundary waters but it was definitely tested!

Not a degree bag unless you want to freeze to dead
This thing nearly kill me. I know going out that it was going to be colder than I thought it would be at night time. So I have my hoodie and sweat pants on in the sleeping bag. The temperature at about 2am was around 34 degree and I nearly froze to dead. Unless you planning on using this in a 60-70 degree, I would not recommend this sleep bag. I hate writing review. But this bag is crap.

Muy bueno
Excelente bolso para dormir, ligero y se puede comprimir bastante. Funciona de manera adecuada dentro de los rangos de temperatura.
