Shipping on this was fast. However I’m questioning whether or not there’s any nicotine In These patches! I’d been using the name brand 14mg from Walmart so I ordered the 21mg of this brand. I don’t recommend! I was 14 days using the other patches so ty minimal cravings! Now with these I’m having intense cravings and not the results I’d been having! Additionally they do not stick and I have to use a bandaid to keep it on all day. Moral of the story is spend the extra money for something that’s going to work!

I'm giving this 4 stars not because it's a bad product but because I can't use it, or return the unopened box. I know these types of products work for those seeking to quit smoking, but my problem is I have C.O.P.D. And only because I didn't stopped I tried to do it again only to find out I can't use them because of my health. So I give 4 stars. Now if only they could make some that don't affect people like me with a lousey health problem, I'd be on my way to smoke free again. Don't wait till it's too late, to use something like these Iike I did.

Compared to other brands, these are not that sticky. Mine lasted about two hours of wear before starting to life at the edges and crease. And yes I did hold it for 10 seconds as instructed.
