Procare79-87490 Quick-Fit WTO Wrist/Thumb Support Splint, Left, Universal, Black

I ordered this brace in August and the thumb straps started shredding at the base in two months. I contacted the manufacturer and was told it was covered under warranty. I submitted pictures and proof of purchase. Never heard back. Sent another email asking about the brace. Never heard back. Ordered a Braceability one and it is much sturdier and more comfortable. Just took the loss but I would never buy it again.

I love items like this. Its the same type of thing you would get from a doctor, but for pennies on the dollar. This is very stable, very comfortable, and easily adjustable. I like how I can slip it of to wash my hands, and then put it back on in seconds. I am typing this right now with the brace on, showing you can still do some tasks while wearing it. I bought it after having some pain in my wrist, and figured my doctor would just tell me to get one and give it time to heal (medical disclaimer: this is not medical advice).All in all: 5 star. This is a sold product at a good price.

I had a fall yesterday and MacGyver’d a splint to use last night. I found this on Amazon for one day delivery. It is very easy to get on and off. I have a really small wrist and can tighten it up easily. It feels really solid and I can use my fingers easily (not so much my thumb). It does seem to attract my dog’s hair, but other than that I have no complaints. It should help to stabilize my wrist while sleeping. Very glad I purchased!

This brace was recommended to me by the brace specialist at my orthopedic office. A very similar brace they would have given me would’ve cost $280 through insurance. I tried it on end it feels almost identical to this one. I so appreciate the brace specialist pointing me To this product! It was very honest and really did the trick!

I was shocked to discover Procare support splints are so reasonably priced on Amazon. The identical brace was more than triple the price when purchased through my orthopedic doctor's office. Excellent value on Amazon. I bought left and right thumb support splint. The thumb support made a big difference for me.

I ordered 4 different braces for DeQuervain's, this was by far the most comfortable. The other ones were scratching, and often dug into my wrist right where it hurts the most. I can't say, yet, how effective this brace will be to help with my pain, but as far as comfort level and ease of use, it was by far the best one that I've tried. I also prefer that this one only has the one velcro tab that gets pulled around, instead of 3 or 4. My one wish is that it was just a little shorter. Maybe I just have short forearms, but it comes pretty far down my arm, certainly past the middle point.

I got this for the last phase of a pretty slow-healing scaphoid fracture. It's easy to put on and take off and is quite comfortable. I was still able to type pretty well while wearing it which was the most important thing to me.

I have one for my right hand that I’ve used for 10+ years that I received from my former Orthopedic Doc. Since I’m in “limbo” in that specialty at the moment, I made contact with my former doc about my left hand now having the same issues. He recommended I look on Amazon and Bingo! there it was. I got it and it works great.
