It work but bad sound quality
It works but the sound quality is quite bad. It's different than using bluetooth. The sound quality has a high pitch sound as opposed to normal pitch.

Sound Quality is Bad.
I was looking for a cheap USB sound card for a Raspberry Pi to run audio for LEDfx for a holiday display. I ordered several low end USB sound cards to test out. the result, stay away from this one.The sound very messy, distorted, compressed and very poor. I tested this adapter with a Raspberry Pi and my Windows 10 desktop. Sound quality was bad with both machines. Spend your money elsewhere.

Does NOT support TRRS mics
I bought this in the hopes that the claims of the mic port being able to take in TRRS would be true. It seemed too good to be true, given its price, and it really was...As far as the sound quality goes, the card has a pretty low output, which is expected of course. And the sound is just okay at best, and really nothing worth writing home about. Unless you've got a crazy amount of noise going on in your computer, you're likely better off just using your motherboard/case audio.

It does exactly what it says it does.
This is a great product. Sounds great Mic input and headphone output works fine. Bought this for my lavalier mic because when I stream my software piano my main sound device is not available. One thing in the description that is confusing, It looks like it could support a 4 ring plug (mic and headphones combined) You do need an adapter for a four ring plug. Other than that confusion, it's perfect.

Decent for Basic audio needs and Works With Linux
as of this review, this usb sound device is recognized and useable with linux. have it in use with Rivendell automation as a cue channel. I have it in use on both Centos 7 and a raspberry pi 3.

Plug and play
I use this as a backup because my daughter destroyed the ports on my dj pc.Not sure how well the record function works, but the playback was flawless and the unit is plug and play.

Read this if you’re buying it for a PS4
It was a little too big to fit on the PS4 slim.. so I had to trim the edges a little bit so I could fit in into the USB port

Haven't listened to output side but the mic in is silent
Needed a low noise microphone input and this works fantastic. Much better than built in laptop sound
