Delicious and easy to take. I love that they are such a great source of vegan omega 3s

Taste and texture are not bad at all. I was a little afraid at first. Haven’t noticed any clumping or inconsistencies so far. Hard to gauge wether or not it really has what it says in it without lab testing, but assuming it does, they are easier to take than giant fish oils.

They have no sugar great

This is a nice diet supplement of omega 3 fatty acid from algae source. When you take the supplement of antioxidants, you don’t need to worry about a fishy taste leftover in breath. The daily dose is 1.5 grams of omega 3 and you can take is as two devious gummies with a soft core. It is convenient to take just like candy after a meal. This product also contains additional nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants, to work together with the algae omega 3. With my understanding, these additional agents would have benefits to our body in brain and immune system for anti-oxidation and reduce inflammation. This package is good for two months with a shelve like of two years.

These seem to be doing the job. I have high cholesterol and triglycerides and so I am trying to take some supplements to help level me out. I have no complaints about how they taste and if all of my medicines and supplements could be gummy, I would be over the moon. It makes it enjoyable to take supplements!
