Arrowmounts AM-201D Vesa 400 x 200 Adapter Plate for Wall Mounts AM-201D/13-36 (Black)

When I tried to switch TV's on my bedroom wall mount, it wasn't until I had the old one down that I found the new and old had completely different mounting patterns. To my dismay, the new one had a crazy pattern that didn't seem to fit anything that came with our old mount. As the AM-201D was only about $20, I gave it a shot, but wasn't expecting much.Color me surprised that the mount was much better than I expected. It came with all the screws I would ever need to try and mount it. It allowed flush attachment with the wall mount and fit my new TV without issue (and includes any TV VESA pattern I may need in the future). It is truly nice to find a product that is so simple, yet does everything it says it does. Excellent product!

This fantastic adapter plate will save you all kinds of hassle and expense should you own/purchase a television and mount with different VESA patterns. Using this plate, I was quickly and easily able to mount my 200x200mm TV on a 400x200mm mount. Take a look at the diagram picture and you will see the multitude of mounting options this versatile plate offers. Chances are it will be able to adapt to your mounting situation with ease. The plate is heavy gauge steel built to last. It will far outlast the TV. The included mounting hardware was high quality, but the screws were not as long as I prefer. I wound up using my own. No reason they wouldn’t have worked though. Just a personal preference there. The plate holes handled my M6 screws with no problem. I also tested to see if M8 would fit and they did. After I realized the mismatch, I called every electronics and hardware store in town looking for something like this. They acted like I was crazy. I don’t know why this beauty isn’t in every TV & hardware store in the country. VESA mismatches can easily happen and this simple item corrects an easily overlooked detail that can become a big problem. Buy with confidence!

My aunt was giving away her entertainment center/tv wall mount the holes on my tv were too narrow. When i ordered this product, i was hoping it would work. i was a bit skeptical due to the fact that no retailer sold this item and when i asked, they told me an adapter between the flat screen and the mount did not exist. Its a good thing i decided to look online. i came across this adapter. i bought the neccessary M6 screws at home depot and it took a bit of thought and rearranging but in the end, it works solidly. i would give this product 5 stars because of the set up and the slanting.What i mean by slanting is it does not come on as tight as i would prefer(tv points slightly downward). On the bright side,it is definitely sturdy enough to support the LCD. It might be that the mount is old but i dont like that slant even if you can bearly tell. I doubt its going to fall anytime soon, if ever. The VESA mount holes on my tv are 200mm x 200mm and i needed to make it wider in order to make it fit on the mount(400mm x200mm). It took some ingenuity on my part but it works. Solid construction, black, and the holes and measurements are accurate and precise. This is a perfect solution if you do not want to get rid of your old mount and you are willing to put in the work (DIY). It saved me a cool $200 on buying a whole new tv mount. It only costed me about $18 with free shipping. It came faster than expected and packaging was decent. What can I say, it does the job and i am satisfied.

I bought this specifically for my LX desk mount LCD ARM by ergotron and Wacom cintiq 27qhd. the arrowmount adapter fit to the ergotron arm just fine, using the nut and bolt that came with the arrowmount. When i mounted the cintiq to the arrowmount adapter, that was connected already to the arm, i had to use the 4 thumb screws that came with the ergotron arm. the heads of the screws, that use a philips screw driver, that came also with the cintiq and the ergotron arm, are not big enough and will slip through the predrilled holes of the adapter. The thumb screws work just fine, but if you wanted you could probably go get screws with bigger heads, or find a thin washer. If you go this route, this should atleast give you a heads up so maybe you can have that stuff already to go once this arrives. the screws are M4x10 mm and the pre dripped holes in the arrowmount are almost exactly the same size as the heads, so as you tightened, they will slip on through the drilled hole in mount. The thumb screws work great though, i always check every few days that everything is staying tight anyways, you sure don't want your cintiq crashing to the floor because of lose screws.

Bought this VESA mount adapter for my Cintiq 27QHD along with the Ergotron LX Arm. Both work very well for their intended purpose. The adapter does not have the exact six holes the Cintiq has but it seems sturdy and fine enough with just the four on the outsides. Sits nice and flush against the back of the unit and there is no wiggle room at all. A very tight fit.

I purchased two of these adapters to mount two 48" monitors onto floor mounted stands.They are exactly what I was both hoping for and expected. A sturdy metal plate with a good finish for mounting my VESA 400 x 200 monitors on a VESA 200 x 200 stand. The adapter does come with a bag of screws. As others have said the screws may be a bit long for some devices and require spacers.Excellent value for the money. Will buy again if the need ever arises.
