It arrived in a timely manner. The pictures are beautiful and the instructions are well written. I haven’t been able to get into it as much as I’d like but hopefully during winter I can and plan my tea garden.

There's nothing about this book that I don't like. It references pretty much everything and is great for the beginner tea novice or the seasoned tea snob. Great book! As a matter of fact, I have two! Giving one is a gift.

If you love tea YOU HAVE TO GET THIS BOOK. This is the most essential book for anyone who loves to drink, make, gift, and create teas. Whether you're just having a drink of tea with friends, making a pot for a few family members, giving a gift of tea to loved ones, or trying to think of a new blend to come up with, you need this book. The amount of information it has on things to use in teas as well as the actual cultivating of the camellia sinensis plant itself is just amazing. It's a great read, keeps it interesting by giving facts about the seeds, fruits, leaves, herbs, roots, and tubers you can use to make teas. And it explains the differences between green teas and blacks and tips on how to properly brew teas. It's very informative.

Notas much about making herbal tea as the art of tea. Enjoyable read, nice recipes and gorgeous pictures.

The reason this book is so great is because it can connect you with the nature around you. Make sure you check with property owners before harvesting anything in any amount(duh), they might not want you pulling things that others consider weeds and you don't know if the plants have been sprayed. I suggest you get a dehydrator and use it on ones she doesn't suggest it for because it shortens the time considerably and I haven't noticed a difference in flavor or richness in the ones I have done both ways. I would recommend this to prepper friends as they would love all the helpful medicinal values that these plants have in the event they are right about the world as we know it coming to an end soon.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The book looks really interesting with beautiful illustrations. I may have to borrow it to try out some of the things myself.

How cool is it to make your own teas from plants you can grow or purchase at home. Really loved this book and have started drying and storing herbs till fresh ones start growing in the spring and summer months.

A great in depth resource introduction to the art of tea making. The author reviews a number of plants used for brewing and detailed descriptions for their processing and nutritional value are expressed throughout the chapters. If you are new to the subject or already have extensive knowledge, there is something for everyone. Would recommend.

I first read this book ages ago at my local library. It's such a wealth of information that stretches way beyond tea. It's been on my wish list for ages, and I'm so glad I got the bug to finally buy it. Herbal remedies. Steeping techniques. Plant care. This book is essential for anyone who wants to start up an herb/kitchen garden that has more than just rudimentary basics. Tea Lover? Yes, you will be satisfied. But really this book gives you so much more!

This is literally the only book I have is not digital. I decided to invest in the physical version because of the illustrations and it was totally worth it! The language is easy and has a lot of very valuable content. I've learned a lot only in the first pages.
