It is soft, only complaint is the cracked wood upon received, price is double compared with other similar product, please give consumers better quality.

Same type of softness as their Medium Strength brush - perfect for sensitive skin. I really enjoy using it.ETA after several months of use:This brush is not best when used wet in the shower. Contact with water hardens the bristles making the brush very coarse and too harsh for the skin. It ends up over-exfoliating the skin making it dry and flaky.When used try - it's fine. very pleasant experience.

I like the natural materials. I am disappointed that the brush falls off the handle very easily upon use.

This is the nicest body brush I've used....period. The bristles are shaped in such a way that it just feels better on the skin. The middle bristles are longer than than the outer ones. I will certainly buy another one and would recommend this brush to a friend.

works well when I remember to use it. Very good quality. I am new to dry brushing so it I don't have to compare to. It feels like a quality item though!

The brush itself was nice and softer than the cactus bristle. Good for sensitive or delicate skin. But the handle did not fit well and kept falling off. Also looked like it got wet and the finish came off part of the brush. Not for use in the shower.

Works great! The long handle has yet to fall off when hanging and in-use.

I specifically chose this brand as I’ve been using body brushes for the last 25 years. Looking for something that has sturdy bristles with which to exfoliate adequately has been quite a mission. I purchased this hydrangea brush thinking it would be of the same standard as my previous purchase last year, but was sadly disappointed. The bristles are so soft it’s completely redundant and no better than something you’d find in the pound shop/ dollar store. The search continues.Quality changed. Not a body brush. Too soft.

Soft bristles, the brush is dense and a good size. I love the way my skin feels after my morning dry body brush. It leaves me feeling invigorated and flushed without the ouch factor. Love it. Not sure why there have been low scores from others for this brush - they must have received dodgy ones. Don't listen to them - if loads of bristles do fall out in the first time you use it, return it and request a replacement! Great value for money. Your skin is worth it. I highly recommend this brush.

It gets moldy just after several days of use in my shower. Better just get a plastic one.

Feeble brush and feeble handle that keeps popping out. This is pretty useless compared with the one piece of wood brush I managed to find on ebay for a couple of quid more. I deeply regret buying this because I'm disabled and I have to shower sitting down with limited ,mobility. This brush is pathetic.

Great for dry-skin brushing. Does not hurt at all as all natural bristles. Makes you tingle as skin comes alive and is stimulated and nourished.
