It is good for purpose and cleans up easily enough. (Using friars Balsam). But loses a star for fit of mask. It's a bit small for my big head, but does cover adult nose & mouth. The holes either side allow for fitment of strap/elastic.

Beginner singer: just received this in the post. Two for one on offer, so can't really complain. Not too sure how effective it actually is as it doesn't feel as if I'm getting much steam. I do find that it makes me want to clear my throat more so far; however I'm not too sure if the steamer is the cause or how I have to position my face over it i.e I stand at 5'3 and when using this on a table I have to essentially bend my entire top half over to use it properly (if I can't be asked to old it) so the position might be the cause rather than the item.Be careful though, depending on how you use it, it can drip/scald your bottom lip!Will continue to use to get a proper sense of how it sits.

The mask does not fit your face, no matter which way you fit it. It is too small.When you breathe out, scalding steam shoots in into your nostrils, scalding them inside immediately. (I am now having to apply Sudocrem to these burns, as well as still having sinus congestion). If you turn the mask the other way. The vent hole shoots a stream of scalding steam against your chin. So I also have a tiny burn on my chin.To top it all off, the lids do not fit tightly and pop off when tilted only a bit. Fortunately it was over the sink, otherwise scalding water would have poured down my neck.These went straight into the bin. They are not just a waste of money and do not work, they have caused injury.

Great product and delivered quickly

Just simple and ideal for those who have blocked noses and sore throats as I got these two cups one for my wife and the other for my eldest sister and used my Menthol Crystals I got here on Amazon and it worked, but be very careful with the Menthol Crystals as they will blow your head off. Ideal for children all ages and cheap ideal to keep handy at home or in home office.
