I have delayed a bit on the review...been taking this for about 4 months. As I eat a light breakfast, I only take one after that, none at lunch as usually that is only a tangerine or apple, and I take two after dinner. Didnt see much result for a long time, but now I can tell it has been helping. My abdominal area does not protrude as much and the fat is softer and flabbierleading me to feel some has been lost I have not measured but my pants are looser. Weight is unchanged tho, so don't expect to see pounds drop away. My genes cause me to hold most of my weight in the middle and I feel the CLA has helped remove some of that bulky hard fat and hopefully from around my internal organs.I plan to keep taking it for at least a year and then will reassess.

It has been studied and documented to add 3-5 pounds of muscle if 3 grams per day are taken. I take one capsule 3 times per day, you will not see results at 1 or 2 capsules a day. I have been taking it for several years now and it has helped in fighting off the effects of aging. Don't expect results overnight, give it a month or two, but I am confident it will work for you as it has done for me. And I am not getting paid to say this either, it really did work and the studies are out there to read, just make sure it is Tonalin, that is the blend that was tested.

I would love to have bigger quantity bottles because it seems like I’m ordering ever month. The quality is far superior to any other company. I’ve tried other cheaper brands and the proof is evident; you get what you pay for. This is my 4th bottle and my body remains “toned” only with the walking I do. I get compliments on my skin all the time from people about how good my skin looks and this is the only skin supplement I take.

I use it to maintain weight and assist with diet needs. I believe with consistent diet and exercise, it will also help with weight loss. Since on it, I haven’t gained nor experienced anything out of the ordinary. Used for two months. Take two with a meal.

Take one 3 times a day with meal. I could feel them working because normally after I eat I feel cold and when I took them I felt warm afterwards like almost I could feels the calories burning away that I just ate

Fantastic stuff. I had given this up for three months and found myself eating more and craving sugar. Am happy to be back on this. With a low fat diet and sustained exercise this is really useful to help curb those midnight snack cravings
