And I mean great! It’s huge! I managed to fall and twist both ankles. I needed a commode in the bedroom and, after much crying and gnashing of teeth, admitted the embarrassing fact and started searching for one. Would you believe there wasn’t one available at midnight on a Friday night? So, Amazon to the rescue.I wanted one that could be moved, had rails to push up from, and allowed room for clean up. This one seemed to fit the bill. When it arrived, we were stunned by the size. It’s huge! I thought about returning it because it’s so big, but I needed it now, so my husband assembled it quick and easily. Very easy assembly. The seat is comfortable. Okay, I mean comfortable place to sit It works great for my 5’8” self. I use it for not only the obvious but also getting dressed. I can sit at a comfortable height, in a stable seat and move around enough to change clothes.I forgot to add a positive comment about the handrails. The arm rest has a very nice sized arm/handand rails. They are a piece of molded plastic added to the top of the arm piece. They are larger than any other any other that I have seen or owned with finger molding on the outside. They are very handy because of a large size and very comfortable. Make the arm piece just a little taller a little little easier to grab hold of. If nothing else, this is outstanding reason to buy this commode.Two years of heavy use is pretty good. I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend it.

This chair turned out to be a good quality. It was bought as a gift, so unfortunately, when it arrived, it came, and they completely demolished box that had been wrapped in tape, and there was some damage some of the painted surfaces.. But the seller did accommodate for this dissatisfaction. Overall, the chair was true to size it is durable.

We had bought one of these about five years ago, back then it was a good buy and has stood the test of time. Recently we needed another one, so I ordered one, it was at my house 23 hours after ordering !!! After unboxing the assembly was a breeze, so easy a child could do it. Like our previous unit it seems to be well built and is a steal compared to medical store prices.

I am using this in a home for elderly and some have bigger bottoms. This is very sturdy and fits my roll in shower just perfect. My other chair had casters and weak breaks so it was unpredictable. This is great. The hole is large, so if you are small of size get a smaller chair. This fits a 200 250 lb bum pretty well even though it says 500 lb. Also its easy clean . I had ordered one with just small holes in the bottom but decided to return it because quite honestly some people have potty accidents while showering and this lets it go right on down.....TMI. Anyway my team and I are happy with this.

Overall, this is a nice commode. It's sturdy, feels secure and stable, and the bucket is secured almost all the way around. (Some commodes have it where the bucket sits on two small prongs, potentially leading to spilling. It's a good commode chair. My issue is that one of the arms would not stay up, so when used to push up from, it would always collapse, taking me with it; a very dangerous situation. I wrote to the company and they were kind enough to offer to send a replacement. A few days later they wrote to say that it was out of stock, so were issuing a refund. Nice, but is cannot do my business on a refund. I may wait a bit for the stock to replenish and then reorder, as this is the most secure bucket I've seen and I've owned a number of this type of chair.

The chair was delivered super fast, assembled in less than 5 minutes, very sturdy, it has a little weight to it to hold it in place, pail is easily removed, and the arms drop down so you can slide in place with no hassle. We are extremely happy with this chair. I had purchased the Amazon Choice chair with excellent reviews and found out it wasn’t going to work for my spouse which is an amputee. It wasn’t sturdy and I was afraid the chair would flip over while trying to sit down. I researched more chairs and decided to try this one I am so glad I bought this chair, worth every penny.

It works for what I wanted it for. Seems quite stable even when I have to lean left and right to get pants on and off. I am not very heavy, but it's a lot of pressure on each side when I'm rolling.
