Cute & simple Nursery
This nursery is perfect for children 18 months - 3 years who love playing with babies. I purchased this for my 18 month old for Christmas as she will be getting a Bitty Baby from her grandparents. I had very low expectations given the reviews and price. However, I am pleasantly surprised! As other reviewers have noted, it is made out of thinner plastic - it’s not Step 2 or Little Tikes quality plastic - but for what I was looking for, it does the job. Should be sturdy enough for my child and her baby dolls. Building didn’t take long as it snaps together given enough pressure. It is the perfect height for a 18 M - 3 year olds. Nursery has storage area under the sink and a little basket under the crib. The crib itself looks like it would fit most baby dolls. The accessories that come with it aren’t amazing quality, but I plan on buying some Melissa & Doug brand baby accessories to gift with it. If you want a baby nursery without paying $80+, order this!

Missing pieces
After putting this whole thing together it’s missing a piece. There’s dirt all over this and some pieces are warped and disfigured plastic. Horrible quality. I’m assuming this was a return judging from the dirt all over it from someone putting the entire thing together realizing it’s missing a part. There was thick packaging tape over the beat up looking box. So this was returned and re sold to me. It’s not worth my time to take this apart you know that already that’s the point eventually someone will just accept that. I instead of a refund I’ll just do the right thing and warn the next person not to buy anything for you. Have a great day.

Great value and no issues!
For the price, this is a steal! My box had clearly been opened and someone had started assembly but that wasn’t a problem for us - it had all the parts and was fairly simple to put together but took a good 30-40 minutes. You have to clip off each individual piece from one another. I did sand down some of the clipped edges if I couldn’t get it flush so that it wouldn’t scratch my child. You need to apply a lot of force to get pieces to click together. There were some black smudges on some of the pieces but it came off easily with a sponge. If you are apprehensive about broken or missing parts, then I suggest buying 2 sets so that you can take parts from each set to make a complete, clean set. It ain’t Melissa & Doug, but no one should expect that for $21!

Good customer service makes up for a lot.
I bought this for my five-year-old for Christmas; he's been agitating for some baby furniture, and this appears sturdy and multipurpose.Christmas day, we open it and pull out all the pieces so we can put it together. Hmm, big problem! A piece is missing. A very important piece--the "mattress" that provides the bottom of the cradle. There's really no way around that. Good news is, there's an easy way to request the missing piece on the manufacturer's website--even a major piece like this. The replacement arrived about two weeks later--they certainly processed and mailed it out quickly. But now, we faced another problem. In the intervening time, we'd lost the instructions. Here is where a smarter person would have looked them up online. Not I--I decided to see if I could just put it together on my own. It felt a bit like a mechanical aptitude test, but I'd done OK on that portion of the ASVAB ~mumblety~ years ago, so I had reasonable confidence in my abilities. I'm quite pleased to report that I was indeed able to assemble the toy without instructions. I consider this a plus to the manufacturer--it's very clear what goes where and how to put it together.I'm a "geriatric" parent at this point, having had the owner of this toy when I was 39. I'd like to claim to be as hale and hearty as I was in my 20s, but I'm just not--I do have some early onset arthritis and some hand pain. Happy to report they were not a factor in assembly. If it seems like I'm spending a lot of time on the early bits, I'll grant that I am. It does seem to have held up well so far, but we're not even two months into owning the toy and I'm sad to report that he grew tired of it quickly. I will say it is clearly one of the sturdier baby doll accessories I've bought in my time, clearly, and unless a larger child trips and falls on it, I expect it to last until one of the toddlers is old enough to be interested in it.

Okay quality
It’s cute not good for children that are going to be rough with it very cheap plastic. The box came in damaged looks like it may have gotten wet at some point. Lots of scuff marks on the plastic pieces and was really annoying to get together I think it took me an hour because I was trying to not break it while putting it together. Recommend using a file to file down the little plastic pieces you have to break off or it makes it more difficult to put some of the pieces together.

Dirty
Box was a little beat up and appeared to be an open box. Parts were all there but very dirty. Had to wipe every part down. Very cheaply made but at $30 it’s not horrible. Disappointed in how dirty the toy was before assembling.

I was expecting cheap quality
Based on reviews I was expecting this to be a love of junk but it's rather nice for the price and my toddlers love it.
