If you have heavy bleeding during the first couple days of your period and you have to clean your pant and your bed all the time, this pad is the best solution ever. I love the large coverage at the end at the pad and the length of the pad because it prevent the leak effectively. Thank you for making and selling a great product.

These pads are thin and comfortable. I appreciate how long they are because I wear a size 16 pants (size 8 panties) and these cover my entire back area with room to spare. I wear water proof "period panties" during my period anyway, but the extra length of these pads is a confidence booster. The core really is quite absorbent. I have not had any leaks on my heaviest days. I'm very pleased with this product and will continue to purchase it.

These liners are super super long. They pretty much go from the front to the other end of your underwear. They are good for night time, no leaks. They stay in place and have 2 wings one in the middle like normal and one in the back. Very thin and feel nice.

After so many years of lamenting the missing inch that would secure a perfect overnight front to back protection, this has arrived. After buying them at the store for the first time, I knew there would be no other pads for me. Looked it up on Amazon and immediately ordered an additional box. The pad sits well and feels very secure but not thick or bulky. As mentioned, it is long enough to cover a typical lady crevice all the way to absorb any leakage running along. In additional to the wings, there are unfolding extra protection flaps at the back, giving you an additional security measure against sideway bloodbaths. The pads are individually wrapped in alternating colorful designs, making the garbage bin look very festive on my special days while discreetly signaling my partner to leave me alone for the night. Kudos to the designers, you've got a happy client for the rest of my (menstrual) life.

I have uterine fibroids, which are small tumors growing inside or on the uterus. They can cause extremely heavy menstrual bleeding. On more than one occasion I have bled so much in a single day that I had to be rushed to the ER for a transfusion due to anemia. Just to give you an idea of what kind of bleeding we're talking about here.These are the only pads that have been able to hold up to my volume of blood. While I still have to double them up and use a tampon as a buffer, they last longer per change than any other pad I have tried. They help me get some sleep at night, knowing that I'll be able to wake up and change my pad before I soak through the towels on my bed.I'm very, very glad that I have them.

These pads are the pads I have been wanting since I was a teen. I have a very heavy flow and have had struggles with using various methods, particularly at night time to prevent leaks. I have gone from doubling up on pads, using adult diapers for extra protection, towels, etc.This are just perfect. They cover a very large area and I rarely get a leak. When I do it is usually due to being in an awkward position that has shifted the pad or if the pad hasn't absorbed quickly enough.The pads are very comfortable and I often use them for not just my night protection, but also for my day time protection just "in case".I am very happy with these and hope they are never discontinued.

The best pads for postpartum bleeding and the firsts few periods after giving birth. They are very long so blood doesn't overspill at all or so much at the front or back which was my number one issue with other pads. I always had to change my underwear and pants a lot, even sheets first thing after waking up, especially in the first few days.
