I was concerned about the phrase "Best OEM Quality," and thought it might be merely the manufacturer calling it "OEM-quality" but not actually a licensed and supported OEM product. Upon opening and installing, it appears to be a DELL OEM battery with the name and markings- exact replacement for the battery that originally came with my laptop (purchased Dec 2016). Super easy, 10 minute installation (not a comment about the battery really, more about Dell's ease of access to laptop internals). Opened up DELL Power Manager Lite app after installing the new battery-- it shipped with about 70% charge, and the app reports "Battery health: Excellent," "Battery Type: Enhanced" (not sure what that means), "Manufacturer: SMP," "Dell Battery: Yes," and the serial number and PPID. I tried to check with Dell to see if I could register the battery, but I couldn't figure out how to actually do that. Not pleased with Dell's web pages, but happy with this battery so far.

Install pretty easy, holds a charge solidly for several hours, about the same charge as when the laptop was new. Definitely gave my laptop (which still works very well) new life. Very pleased.Just want to add that I have an Inspiron 7569, and the Dell Power Lite software works perfectly and treats this battery as the real thing. It has all the markings of a genuine Dell battery and after 4 months, it acts like a genuine battery.

There are a few batteries that say they are compatible with the Dell computer I have, but they don't say Dell on the battery. I accidentally bought one, and it didn't work...at all. This one did have Dell on it, and it works well. I am happy with it so far.

Product was easy to install. Just followed directions on Youtube. Saved money by doing it myself with no computer repair knowledge. Only downside is the battery came completely drained, so it took a while to charge it to test it out.

I have an Inspiron 15 7000 (model 7570).I was a bit skeptical about this battery since Dell doesn't sell batteries on their website and I thought this was an aftermarket clone. I received a battery exactly like the one in my computer and the computer says it's a genuine battery. Battery life is good.

I purchased another battery that was not made by Dell. It failed! So I purchased another one that carried the Dell brand and VOILA! It works perfectly. The computer and the Dell power management software recognized the battery and work with the battery immediately and perfectly.

replacement for my 3 year old laptop...holds charge now...easy to install....there is a video on step by step installation...I followed them and did it myself.

I was very pleased that my new Dell battery came in two days earlier than estimated time when I placed the order with Amazon. Very pleased in every aspect. Great job Amazon. Took about 15 minutes at the most and consisted of taking out about a dozen small screws, popping the back off to remove old battery and unplugging it. Plug new battery in and replace the screws and I was good with 5 hour battery life.
