I can hear again!
While these do amplify the sound a lot, I'm not sure I need to hear my own breath and chewing amplified. I am quite deaf in both ears and social gatherings have become a dreaded ordeal for me. I wore these to a work reunion and I felt much more included in the conversation and at ease. They are very small and go unnoticed. I have large hands and pulling them out is a bit difficult for me but on the upside, I can hear conversations again!

Great Hearng Aids, comfy
I got these hearing aids and wow. They're pretty amazing actually. The sound quality is seriously good; I can hear things I haven't heard in ages. The noise cancellation is great too, especially in busy places like the supermarket. I was worried about them being comfortable, but they're surprisingly light and fit really well. I haven't even noticed I'm wearing them most of the time, which is a huge plus! The battery life is also incredible; I've been using them all day everyday and haven't even needed to recharge them yet. Setting them up was a breeze, even for someone like me who's not very tech savvy. great product

Not holding a charge
I had high hopes for this to work, but one of the hearing aids would not take a charge for more than a few minutes. Maybe a fluke..

Didn’t work right
Sending them back to much back ground noise. Their small just like I wanted but didn’t work right.

Good fit, nice performance.
When it comes to fit and function, there is no match for going to your friendly audiologist and getting a device very specific to you and your needs. Expect to pay a lot for that. That said, for moderate hearing loss, these will buy you some time and allow you to enjoy dinner with friends and small gatherings again. The fit was quite comfortable and secure. These are more discreet than over the ear type options. If you have problems with dexterity, it could be hard to handle, insert and manipulate these. Otherwise, they’re pretty functional. The device controls were intuitive and simple to operate. They lasted a full day and went back into the charger which is nice and modern. I have a routine so I can’t speak to how long the battery last in terms of total hours. For me, as long as I can get through an active day and charge them overnight, I’m good. The documentation wasn’t great and if you have someone who is not tech savvy, they may need assistance. The case is small and durable and easy to put in a tote or purse or whatever else you might have. They didn’t pick up as much background noise as some of the other amplifiers we’ve tried, but it’s not perfect. You may get your own movement mixed in with the external audio you’re trying to pick up. Could be a matter of fit and settings. That said, I’m happy. I use it more in a quiet environment with a TV or one other person, rather than a crowd or group settings so perhaps this is better for one or the other and I just don’t know it.

Not impressed so far
I was excited to try these hearing aids. My hearing is not bad yet, but I thought it might help in some low volume situations. While I am still trying to make these work, so far I have not been impressed. They can be finicky to fit properly in the ear, despite their size. They feedback constantly no matter what level you set the volume to. The sound quality is not great - very tinny. Once in, they are fairly comfortable. Making adjustments is not easy and can produce feedback and/or loud noises in the ear. While these are only a fraction of the cost of prescription hearing aids, I don't think they would make a good substitute. I am still trying to make these work for me, but so far I am not impressed. I have seen other comments with suggestions to make them work right, so I will be trying those out.
