Got this for my daughter. she uses them daily with her cheer stunting and tumbling and they have helped to improve on form strength and abilities.

The bag is about the size of a small sock bag. We only received one band. Not all 4 resistence we also did not get the dvd/training guide. Pretty disappointed paying almost $30 to be ripped off.

Got this setup for my daughter to improve her cheer jumps. Not only has it done that but some of the girls on her squad have gotten their own sets! I've been borrowing it to work on some core strengthening - I can definitely feel a difference. Other similar sets are not priced nearly as well. This is a great purchase at an equally great price!

Pleased with purchase. My daughter is a cheerleader and this item was purchased to help improve and strengthen her jumps. The price on Amazon was better than any of the cheerleading sites we were looking on.

This is a great addition to practice. You can tell right away the difference. We have only used them a few times because I wanted to watch the video and ours was broken upon arrival, but one call to the company and a new DVD was shipped and received within a few days. Looking forward to great improvements to come!
