Perfect for My Needs!
Saw this and grabbed it to go near our huge new couch that takes up the whole wall lol. It's perfect for being able to access the outlets without having to peer down the side of the couch and mess around with the cords. The long cord makes it easy to move around and position so that it can be used comfortably no matter where I am sitting. Looks nicer and has more outlets than a regular extension cord, too. It's nice and light too. It's under a pound, so it would be pretty good for traveling as well I imagine. The outlets provide enough power for all my devices even when plugged in at the same time. The cube shape is also really nice for those oversized AC adapters, so they don't block other outlets. As a side note, for all the reviewers saying that the USB outlets don't work, I can almost guarantee they DO. There is a button literally right on top of the ports to turn them on and off. It's that simple. Research before you buy, people. Or open your eyes!

Would be perfect if the cord were 1-2ft. longer
Up front: I'm giving this 5 stars, because it wouldn't be fair to downgrade it for a cord length that I knew when I bought it. Now, after four months of use, on to the specifics.I was initially ticked that my Note 8 didn't indicate that it was fast-charging when plugged into a USB port on this cube, but it turns out that even though my phone doesn't say it's fast-charging, it actually is charging at least as quickly as with one of my Samsung proprietary Fast Charging bases. The build and materials quality are obviously quite high, from the wall plug to the cord to the cube itself. The cord is stiff, in the sense that it's not going to crimp or kink. I fully expect that this will be in excellent shape long after USB A is obsolete. The standard (AC 120V) receptacles are nice and tight, so I've had no issues with grounded or two-prong plugs coming loose or falling out of them. Even so, it's not unnecessarily difficult to unplug things. The USB receptacles also hold cords quite firmly, and the button that turns USB power on and off is out of the way, yet accessible. There's really not much more to it. It's very functional, attractive, UL-listed (I won't buy any electrical power device that isn't fully ETL, UL, or both), and a good piece. It was well worth the money I spent on it.

Now great design, works with 220V, great customer service
Update:After unexpectedly being contacted by Anker about their product and my review I was asked if I would be willing to try a newer version with a switch that could be left on. This would correct the negative aspects of the original product. I accepted. Other than one with always-on USB ports, this is all I could ask for in a travel power strip. Their customer service is beyond outstanding. It is so refreshing to see a company who knows if they listen to their customers and concentrate on making a great product that they will succeed. I’m a big fan. I’ve updated to five starsOriginal Review:Good: I recently bought this for a trip to Norway and was attracted to the cube design that easily allows three plugs without an AC adapter covering the other outlets. The slightly longer cord is perfect for travel as most foreign countries have way less outlets than the US. Despite the printing on the cube that say only 120V, it did handle the 220V in Europe with just an adapter.Bad: The huge negative to me is that USB power has to be switched on. Plugging in the strip has to be followed by pressing the button to get the USB ports to power on. So while traveling, there are two very common situations when this can burn you, (1) when you're exhausted from jetlag/travel and simply forget the extra step, and (2) when a hotel key near the door is require to power the room. You could set up everything correctly but then leave the room for dinner or drinks (shuts off power) and then forget to press the button again. Both leave you waking up with uncharged devices and a full day of activities. So in the end, I'll end up using this at home as a power strip (not for the USB ports). For international travel, I'll look for something else similar but with automatic USB ports.

A nice travel accessory
This is a very big help when traveling, especially staying in hotel rooms that do not have enough outlets and being able to charge your wireless items. It is a big help. I would recommend it if you travel.
