I am 6'-3'' and weigh 250. I sat in chair at Ashley Furn store, so I had checked it out before buying. Store's price too high, though. Saved abt $80+ from store's price. Recliner is my primary chair in lvg/tv room.PROS: Comfortable recliner. Cushion is firm, but not uncomfortably so. Seems v well made. Easy assembly. Hope to have for many years if power motors last. My first power recliner, so have to wait and see. Leg rest length ok. Seat height ok. I've napped in it and I slept fine.CONS: Seems a little short at shoulder height, but v hard to find one to fit me. Width could be better if about 3'' to 4'' wider. Arm rest height shorter than really wanted. USB power in wand does not work to recharge, so it won't prevent battery powered devices from discharging if that's expected. Other devices needing just power to work from USB connection will prob work fine, though.OVERALL: I like the recliner. If fewer cons (shoulder height and if wider between arm rests primarily) I might have given it 5 stars. Power wand to recline will take time to get used to.

This is a story of 4 Ashley Barling power recliners. I purchased Chair #1 in the Walnut color at the local Ashley store. It was very pricey but we needed it following a shoulder replacement surgery. It was simple and straight forward and perfect. Not fancy but powered reclining action with great lumbar and neck support. The chair is faux leather but has a very rich look to it. Fabrics today are great. It is moderately firm but has a nice cushion to it. It's very easy to stand up from. It's so comfortable we decided to get a 2nd chair and this time ordered from Amazon saving about $350. Amazing buy! After 3 weeks of waiting for delivery I received a notice from Amazon the order was cancelled as the chair was not available. No other explanation. So, I went to the next seller (CyberSavings) who also had an excellent price and free shipping. The chair arrived 2 weeks early and the delivery included taking it out of the box and putting it together and in the designated location. Only problem was the chair was not Walnut, it was the Mushroom color. I was so afraid of not being able to get the chair in Walnut after Amazon's failure I decided to keep it. Since the two chairs are not in the same rooms it was fine and really a lovely color. So, I have my 2nd chair finally. The chair sat there for a week with the tag still attached. Doorbell rang and the same crew was back and delivering my chair in Walnut. Hooray for CyberSavings! They fixed their mistake and replaced the mushroom chair with my favorite walnut color. Again, unpacking, assembling and reboxing the mushroom chair to take away with them. The delivery crew couldn't have been better. I also will mention this 4th and final chair still arrived a week early. Moral of the story: sometimes things work out the way they are suppose to. We love the chairs. Really good quality. We've had one now for almost two months with no problems so I'm feeling confident the 2nd will also prove to be equally good. I'm glad I did business locally and online too. Some things need an actual test run.

Disappointed in this recliner chair. You do get motorized head rest and lumbar support, but the overall comfort of the chair is just OK at best. The biggest flaw is the foot rest isn’t long enough so your ankles hangover the end and they hurt

Great piece of furniture, very comfortable! Delivery guys were very friendly and helped set it up in the office.

Just an FYI: This chair seems to be smaller than an average recliner.
