I have been taking magnesium glycinate from Microingredients for a few years. I was happy to see they added the citrate, as they each perform different functions. These are moderately small, easy to swallow, made from clean ingredients, and effective. I started taking 1 daily for three days, then 2, and was up to three within 10 days. I never recommend blasting your system with something new at full strength. Everybody is different. I take the citrate in the a.m. and the glycinate in the p.m. to help sleep.

Great health supplement...

I had anticipated using these to enhance my relaxation, lower my headaches, & raise my Magnesium levels. I've been taking these for over a month, but can't tell a significant difference, yet. I ordered them bc they have way less additives than other products & that is very important to me. Will continue to supplement & let y'all know if "they kick in" better than I initially thought. ♡

This magnesium citrate really helps me to go bathroom daily which I really appreciate since I seem to be constipated all the time if you know what I mean. The pills are easy to take and swallow. They are odorless and tasteless. There is not weird aftertaste either. Made in USA
