The media could not be loaded.  Easy to assemble, however ensure funnel for water outlet is clear of sealant prior to fitting water pipe on.

Good fountain that works. The pump has an adjustable speed control, which is good because on full power the water can splash outside of the fountain. The glass ball lights up with LEDs and the water moves it to create wonderful illumination. Also, the pump can be noisy, but the noise can be reduced with a bit of playing around with the pump position.But, parts of the build quality are lacking, such as the glue which holds sections together is not very neat in places (such as the spinning water wheel).

Sadly the crystal ball on this Fountain does not spin for very long. Someti8mes it it spin for a few hours and then stop. sometimes it will spin for only an hour. Something is wrong: the water flow or the structure of the ball. I have discarded the packaging so I cannot return it. I could return it in another box. Either way I would like your opinion and your advice. I have followed your instructions to the letter, and it is not my fault that the fountain does not operate as it was intended. I am deeply disappointed with this transaction, but I do want a solutionDavid Brendan McGinnity

It is nice also it's is like the picture it shows here quick to delivery but there is a problem it arrived broken I meant cracked on the front it was very hard to fix the box should came with something saying frágil or more protected otherwise it will broke but beside that I am very happy with my water fountain thank you please take consider about what I said above. Doesn't appear to be what is says. This item is described as resin however for something made of resin for the size it is very lightweight. Feels and looks more like plastic.Mine had several small cracks around the base causing water to leak. Not something I would've expected from something apparently made of resin and moulded properly.It looks good and works but useless as it leaks.Wasn't happy at all with this. Don't waste your money and look for something better quality

Sound of water very nice

Initially I was disappointed with this purchase as it was received with a loose plastic disc about the size of a 10 p coin in the tank and when I put water in the tank it leaked out through a hole which I assume the manufacturer had tried to fix with the disc. Anyway I sealed the hole with silicone and now it is working satisfactorily but feel it was overpriced

We are very pleased and happy with this product. The water is very relaxing in the background and it works very well. The ba is very interesting. It creates colourful patterns on the ceiling
