I have only been taking this for a few days. I'm starting with two in the morning and two in the evening. general pain in my body is already feeling relief. It is making enough difference in my knees that walking is easier. Oh, I still. use my walker, but it is easier. This means a whole lot to me. The main change in my life that I am hoping for and pursuing is to feel good. I feel better right now. I've ordered more so that I can keep going on it. If it quits working or gets even better, I'll update this review. But, I'll tell you, if I just stay feeling like I am now, that is worth it to me to keep taking them.

Love the aroma of these capsules and they taste like cinnamon! I think that with a proper eating lifestyle and active lifestyle along with taking your regular medications and quality supplements like this, it is possible to reverse diabetes.This particular brand have other natural supplements and spices like tumeric. Works as well as the standard Cinnamon but I feel that it is absorbed quicker because of the pepper. I take it to help control my blood sugar. Four stars because I am not convinced that organic is any better than standard, just costs more.Over all a good product well purchase again.

I've been looking for natural remedies that may reduce the redness on my face. My Mom suggested I try cinnamon because it has various anti-inflammatory properties. This is a miracle worker!
