Unbelievable value
The fit and finish on this is exceptional. For $30 it is genuinely unbelievable how good this knife is. The edges of the handles are all chamfered so they're nice and comfortable. The pivot collar and pocket clip are beautiful. This knife is smooth! It's a great fidget for me. It has a satisfying pop when you open it. It locks up well, and I'm not getting any lock stick.14C28N is (in my opinion) better than D2 in this price range. It is a surprisingly tough steel, and it takes a stupid sharp edge.I don't love stainless steel handled knives, but this is ergonomic and fits in my hand well enough that I'm not worried about it slipping in my hand.

If you could only carry one knife, this would be it.
I become more and more interested in knifes over the past year, and this was the knife that originally peaked my interest. It was also my first "EDC" purchase (every day carry). At 30.00 dollars, I wanted to start small. I didn't know what I was getting myself into and one at this price seemed like a great starter point. After a plethora of knifes later, this one is still one of my favorites. Design wise, it so simple and sleak. It feels premium and looks more more expensive than it really is. This knife provides the second best opening experience, coming in right after my mini griptillian, which was $100.00 dollars. The blade is perfectly centered. I never had to take this knife apart or adjust anything on it. It worked flawlessly out of the box.It comes in around a little more than 3 oz with a length of approximately 8 inches. I love how slim the entire knife is and the consistant metal framing that frames the handle. The blue clip and accents look nice and compliment the metal well. The knife is sharp! Yes, there are sharper knifes. My spyderco delica and my griptillian put this to shame. Yet, for a fraction of the price, this one is a pleasent surprise.I love this knife. I would highly reccomend this in anyones daily carry, whether you are a seasoned knife guru or someone who is just getting started. Simply admiring the quality and features that have gone into a 30.00 dollar product is enough of a reason on its own.

Excellent value, good solid knife
Bought knife based on reviews. First few days, I liked knife ok but thought it was heavy....I’m too used to Spyderco FRN type scales and was previously carrying Manix2 lightweight....however, after breaking in this knife (or maybe it broke me in) I’m really liking it. Easy to carry, great blade shape and sharpness, nice blade deployment, very solid lockup. I ordered another one because at less than 30 dollars, I’ll use these hard and will either break or lose it. A Manix2 lightweight is over 100 dollars...granted lighter, better steel and construction but the value on this Ruicke is surprisingly good. I won’t be as ticked if it ends up at the bottom of a lake or left at campsite as I would my manix. BTW, two other excellent value knives are steel will cut jack mini and modus....check them out. Chinese seem to be changing low end market (under$50) drastically for the better.UPDATE: After two months daily carry and use everything holding up well. Fun to flick. Pivot screw loosens over time throwing blade off center. Hit pivot screw threads with blue loctite and retighten....done! Excellent value, great knife.

Great knife for it's price.
Knife is very sharp out of the box. Feels well made. Awesome acoustic snap when opening. Did require a bit of pivot lube to ease up the detent. The two complaints I have are that there thumb stud is pretty tricky to operate. This is partially due to the placement of the thumb stud and the strength of the frame lock detent. I highly suggest using your thumb nail instead of the meat of your thumb. It's very easy to slip off and cut yourself if you don't know exactly how to thumb flick it. Also the forward edge of the back flipper is a little uncomfortable. I hope they make it just a little larger and round the front of it more in the future. I've smoothed out the edges of mine and I love it. Super slim and feels top notch. All in all I would buy another.

Sharp, satisfying, excellent quality. Favorite knife of all time.
The box got a little screwed up in shipping, but once I got the knife out I realized it was a lot more substantial than I thought. I didn't expect to love it this much, I keep it at my desk at all times now and flip it open and closed as a fidget thing. The blade is super sharp, it can cut through multiple layers of cardboard (what I bought it for) easy as butter, which is kind of scary sometimes when you don't expect it lol. I don't even have to put any strength into it it just slides straight through. The opening feel is excellent, it's smooth as butter and you can't feel any resistance. When it's closed, it has a magnetic feel. When it's open a small piece of metal clicks into place and keeps it open, it feels super sturdy and the blade doesn't shift a millimeter when open. I bought this solely on a friend's recommendation, and now I'm recommending it to people myself. The only problem I have with it is that because the entire thing is made of stainless steel when I open and close it a bunch it makes my hands hurt a bit because it doesn't have any padding anywhere. Actually using it though is a dream, it fits nicely in the hand and it doesn't dig into my fingers or anything when cutting stuff. Unlocking the knife from open by moving the metal piece can begin to hurt too after a bunch of times because it requires a little bit of force on your thumb. Overall, my favorite knife I've ever bought, and like I said I keep it at my desk at all times to fiddle with it. I wouldn't buy this for kids though, it's really sharp and they could easily cut themselves with it so tell them to be careful if you do.
