App not working on iOS
I like the look and quality of this watch. The choice of straps is a nice touch. It seems easy to use and is okay to wear.The only thing that I just can’t get to work is the app. I’m using iOS 18.4 and I have tried reinstalling the app several times, but it just keeps turning itself off after 10-15 seconds. So I can’t input my details or check what else the watch can do.If the app won’t work then I’ll have no choice but to send it back and get a refund. Shame
