I give the pot 5* and the beans 4*Needed a new wax pot, so instead of buying my normal pot, I wanted to try a much cheaper option. Very impressed with the pot, it comes with a removable wax pot with handle, which is great, cause I can put the wax beans in the bucket and if I want to use my container of wax I can just pop it in the heater instead of the bucket, so I have best of both. The heater has a dial with low to high heats, which my old pot only had a switch of high or low, so now I can get that in-between heat I was never able to reach. Also it has a lid which just makes it look more pleasing. The pot comes with a years warranty or a number to phone if you want it for life, which is great. Have been waxing for 30+ years, and finding it harder and harder to do it myself now. So when I heard of wax beans that you can use without strips, I wanted to test them out. The beans don't have the strength to pull out some of the tougher hairs, but it's the odd few I'm talking about. The really great thing about these is they aren't as painful in delicate areas as waxing, and you can pull it off in all directions, unlike wax and strips, and so much easier. My skin is left feeling really soft as well, with none of that stickiness after waxing, which is fantastic.I must say, if you are not sure, then please purchase, especially for the price, you won't be unhappy. This is so much cheaper than shaving, and you only have to do it every 4-6 weeks or more, which is worth it just to not have to shave anymore. Think of the holidays you can be on and never have to think about hairy legs or bikini lines!!! Heaven!!!

Basically it is a heating pot with with thermostat control at the front. The wide open top allow easy access to the melted wax and the base is relatively stable as long as you put it on a flat surface e.g. table....Waxing can be a really messy business, if you are not careful. Overall we find the warmer easy to clean as any wax drip on the machine can be peel off once cooled. If you are super messy like someone in our house then you will need those paper rings to bridge the gap between the metal pan and the machine, it is a nightmare to clean if wax gets between the gap, hence the paper rings included.Do not use it over carpet, rugs, tower or any type of surface with hair, unless you want to remove the hair from those too. Any spillage or drip will end up a mess. It does take time to heat up and give or take 10 minutes and it is ready to use even if we use the aluminium container instead of the main pan. Just make sure when you are setting up switch on the warmer first and melt the beans so you don't have to sit around and wait.There are lots of video on the internet about home waxing, we watched many hours before using the warmer and still managed to make some mess, but it would be the same with more expensive warmer anyway. One trip to our local waxing place would cost the whole kit!

his is the perfect wax warmer, which comes with variety of wax beans, spatulas for application, and all else that you need to start warm waxing. It is very easy to use, but if you have not done warm waxing at home before, I strongly recommend to watch a youtube video. Also start practising on legs first rather than a sensitive area or your face.Once you are comfortable with , hair removal from any part of body is piece of cake.cover and protect the area surrounding area of the wax warmer, as it might get messy and you really do not want to get any of it on a carpetIt took appx 10 minutes for the wax to melt (at 210 degree), I then lower it to about 190 , tested it by applying tiny amount on my wrist and started to wax.The wax beans are fair quality but I personally would use them only on my legs and arms. For more sensitive areas it would be a good idea to get someone to help applying and removing the wax , and if you have a low pain threshold to use a pain free wax beans . make sure skin is really dry, (you can apply a little bit of talcum powder on the skin)After waxing is done, it is a good idea to apply a pure organic aloe to the area, it will sooth the skin greatly.Happy Waxing Everyone :)

So in a bid to not come out of corona looking like a yeti I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands. I usually frequent a professional waxer to undertake lady gardening and they use hot wax (no strips) to achieve a hollywood. It had gotten to THAT point where seeing no end in site I browsed amazon for an equivalent to what my waxer uses. I opted for this little beauty with the fear of a complete diy disaster.Well this machine was brilliant- whacked it on high to melt the wax and then turned down the heat to get a thicker consistency. I have to say I knew how to use it from my salon so if you haven't used hot wax before I recommend watching some youtube videos first.So the wax that comes with it works pretty well. There was nothing on the packs that indicated if a certain colour of wax was stronger or more sensitive than the others so I started with purple then pink then yellow and felt the purple was better for courser hairs and the yellow would probably be better for face as it didn't seem as strong.But yes I used ALL three packs in one sitting lol. I recommend buying extra wax if you have a lot do ha ha. And invest a good 2 hours with a mirror and weird positions to really get everything. But maybe I was slightly cautious being the first time so it took me longer.The result was as good as my professional intimate wax and just the same on the pain stakes. Much better pain wise and result wise than veet strips which before have left me with very sore skin down there afterwards!!!

Good quality , nice removable pot with a handle, you can choose desired temperature and it keeps temperature same, really impressed with a quality for that price ! Recommend !
