8" Inner Tube

Should be something that is included with the purchase of a board as a flat tube does indeed possibly happen... it is not, though, so let this be one of the things, along with a save-the-trip bag, that you grab from day one. You'll be glad you have one or two of these when/if the time comes along, believe me. Changing it is easy and takes but minutes, and you can simply patch your old one when you have time, as a spare. I followed the directions included with the board.

We bought the mountain board for my autistic son's 14th birthday. It arrived with a tire already popped in the box. So we reordered two tires as it was cheaper than paying shipping to return the entire box (which they require) to the company. He also has issues of waiting and was very upset this arrived damaged and he could not ride it.The first replacement we put on popped within an hour, and he had only been ON the board once. Then it popped, and he had to replace the tire. The new tire is holding, but he's only been on the mountain board once in our driveway and not in the dirt yet.Had I known how problematic this would be, I would have skipped the whole order. I believe the issues stems from the air tube area, where the tube goes into the tire itself. It tears or blows there, nowhere else. The air tube is at a severe angle, like a 45 degree angle, so I don't think it takes pressure or weight well before it pops.Totally NOT happy with this and my son is very upset as this was his only birthday present (it was too expensive to buy anything other than the mountain board this year).

I got 2 of these as spare for the future, and didn't have a chance to try out yet.But why on earth do they have to stink so strongly of mothballs! Double plastic bag doesn't seem to be able to contain the smell.

After receiving the tubes, I realized I had purchased the wrong size. When I tried to contact MBS to return them, they would not answer during their listed hours of operation and failed to reply to any of my messages. It has been over three weeks. Looks like a good product just make sure you won't need to return it as it may be impossible.

I bought two to use in an electric skateboard with all terrain wheels. They are definitely heavier than the tubes they replaced (thicker?), but they started leaking after 3 rides. It isn't a puncture. It seems to be leaking from the seam near the valve stem.

Threw an extra ten bucks away cause the original arrived damaged. This thing weighs a few ounces and ships in a small envelope, but amazon customer service wanted the whole 30 pound, 4 ft mountainboard sent back for the replacement. That made a lot of sense, but I wanted to ride, son! Just a little peeved.

Fast delivery and fit perfect

I bought this to replace a tube in my mountainboard wheel. I installed and pumped up the tube to spec and found that the tire remained flat. The tube does not appear to be an actual MBS tube, as the valve is at 45 degrees instead of the standard 90 degree bend.
