A: I do not know why the only thing I know is that they are wonderful . They do work calming as the name says

I've been a fan of BHI's products for a few years now. Periodically, I have a difficult time getting to sleep, but when I use two of these an hour or so before bedtime, I feel that I'm able to wind down and fall sleep much easier.
