I have used MOVE insoles in the past, so wanted to give these a try. They are indeed ultra thin in comparison to their other insoles, but still has enough comfort and support for all day walking. Because of how thin they are, I could just throw them into shoes without any issues. I specifically bought these to put into a pair of Van Slip-ons. I tossed them on top of the insoles already in the shoes, and it was fine. I got the 10/10.5 for a pair of 10.5 shoes and it was perfect. I would highly recommend these!

Not everyone thinks that memory foam belongs in shoes. For some of us it is better to have a firmer cushion like the MOVE Baseline - All-Purpose Insoles that does not aggravate conditions like plantar fasciitis. When shoe insoles have too much "give", tender inflamed fascia flex too much and hurt like hot pokers in your feet. When you have that condition and those gosh-darned memory foam insoles are EVERYWHERE you just want to tantrum. Each time we get more athletic shoes and even bedroom slippers, the memory foam insole is included and increasingly inescapable! Finally we found MOVE Baseline - All-Purpose Insoles and have never been happier. The MOVE Baseline - All-Purpose Insoles have decent shock absorption for normal activity like walking and standing for a while WITHOUT THE MUSHY MEMORY FOAM CUSHION OR OVER ZEALOUS ARCH SUPPORT - another happy foot nemisis. The MOVE Baseline - All-Purpose Insoles are neither too rigid nor too soft. THANK YOU MOVE for a sensible alternative at a reasonable price! They are not too thick, wash nicely and fit perfectly though they can easily be trimmed with scissors. Great quality.

Comfortable, durable and reliable! This insole has great arch support and leave my feet feeling good after a long day outside. Perfect arch high, and thicker than most insoles.

These are kinda like what the factory gives you in terms of insole, but better quality. I actually found a home for these in cloud 6's because On decided to bake bricks instead of shoes. They are not ultra thin but more medium thickness, again pretty much same thickness as On or Nike insole. We'll see how they hold up over time and i'll try to report back, really hoping they do well cause you can tell the foam is way better then whatever your replacing. Arch support is minimal so best in sneakers that already have some arch support and they'll enhance that factory arch support a little. just took 1 star off for Not actually being ultra thin but otherwise i'm excited to finally make my $160 shoes actually wearable.

Fit perfectly in my shoes

I've tried multiple arch support insoles because they're most popular, but they always hurt my left foot arch. These are minimal, comfortable, flat, and haven't squeaked like those cheap doctor ones. These are stylish and easy to clean too.

Supportive, cushioning helps keep foot and leg fatigue to a minimum. Shipping was on time and arrived in perfect condition.

The MOVE Baseline insoles are a great replacement for original insoles that come with your running, tennis or lifestyle shoes. The thickness matches what you get with original purchases. Most other insoles (including MOVE's two denser variations) are too thick to wear comfortably. The Baselines gave new life to a pair of Adidas Barricade tennis shoes whose outsoles and midsoles were still very usable. Highly recommended

Como dije, no le hagan caso a los haters, simplemente con lo de las ampollas se nota que no tienen ni idea cómo se usa el calzado con plantillas, tienes 2 opciones, usas calcetas delgadas o le aumentas mínimo media talla a tus sneakers para poder usar calcetas gruesas, además, no entienden que la marca tiene diferentes plantillas para diferentes usos. Yo tengo problemas en el arco de un pie, tengo unos sneakers que casi no me pongo porque no tienen suficiente soporte en el arco y sus plantillas son las típicas de foam, súper delgadas, eso y nada es lo mismo, cada 2 horas tengo que tomar descansos de unos 20 minutos para poder aguantarlos todo el día… bueno… les puse estas plantillas y… OMAIGAAA… he estado de aquí para allá más de 5 horas seguidas sin descanso y no me han molestado en lo absoluto, recomendadas al 100%, pienso comprar otras 2 ó 3 para no estarlas cambiando entre mis sneakers

Comfy insole but I can’t recommend because even my most narrow shoe was still wider than this insole. I don’t have wide feet and this insole was still too narrow that my toe got blister by going off the edge cause the insole was too narrow. But sucks because it was comfy and had to return it.

Wanted to like these because there’s a lot of good reviews for Move insoles online and I wanted a more low profile insole. But these insoles have two issues: 1. Too narrow (I can feel my foot going over the side of the insoles in sports shoes). They’re about the same width as Nike stock sneaker insoles. But if they’re supposed to be insoles for sports, they should be a little wider so there’s no gap between the side of the shoe and the insole. 2. The edges are sharper/rougher than typical insoles. Not sure if I got a defective pair but the insole rough edge cut the side of my 2nd last toe from playing basketball..
