I love this product

Don't buy. Packed up ( spray not working anymore ) after one window washing session in normal home, just 4 months after we received it. Nightmare now with returning it.

The mains cable supplied with this product arrived with a USA plug. Since I cannot find any way to contact the supplier, I cannot use the device and so I am returning it. Given the substantial cost of the unit it is not realistic to source and pay for a new cable or converter.

Have been in touch with manufacturer today (03/12/2025) they confirm that the W2 PRO series is NOT released in UK and therefore there is no warranty cover for these models.

Me encantó, funciona muy bien, ayuda para mantener la limpieza de los vidrios, si hay manchas de pintura o algo muy pegado, no lo quita, solo mantiene limpio, me encanta.

I was somewhat skeptical when I bought this, but I have a huge wall of windows in my home, 10 feet high, and cleaning them has always been a struggle. This machine really works - I was pleasantly surprised. You simply fill up the solution, dampen the microfiber pad, attach it to the bot, activate the bot while it's pressed against the glass and off it goes, covering and thoroughly cleaning the entire pane. Selecting the cleaning program using the app is simple. Manually controlling the bot using the app isn't quite so simple but there really shouldn't be much need for that, as the cleaning programs do the job perfectly. I did not have to manually go back over any spots after the bot was done.The bot comes with a small bottle of branded solution. That's what I used and it works perfectly. Instructions state you can use other types of solutions - even home-made ones - but I played it safe and found a refill bottle of the branded solution from another online source (it does come from China and takes a bit of time). This solution cleans really well and leaves absolutely no streaks so I wanted to stick with what I know works.I should add that my windows are large, floor to ceiling "window wall" panels (I live in a high rise), for which this bot is well-suited...large rectangular panes with no protrusions from the framing. If you have smaller and/or more separated windows (i.e. lots of framing), I could see this being a bit more cumbersome to use - lots of stops/starts. Likewise, if you have protrusions from the glass edges/framing that the bot would need to navigate around (i.e. window cranks, locks, etc.) that would leave some spots still dirty requiring you to take care of those manually after the bot is done.But, if you have large panes of glass, especially tall ones that would require you to get on a ladder to clean, this bot is the perfect solution.

This is one of those machines that you get, then wonder why you didn't do it earlier. Very efficient and easy to use and does a great job inside and out. The best thing is that it starts and stops in the same place, so as long as you can lean in close enough to stick it to the glass, you're good to go. That was a great help in my office. I didn't have to move any furniture.The only problem I encountered was with a large window door. On the outside, the window was virtually flush with the door. The machine couldn't detect the edge easily. I could have gone into the app and controlled in manually, but I found if I simply put my finger on the edge of the frame, it was enough for the machine to detect and stay on course.
